After hearing this unusual voice, Greg had an idea, "Wait a second, the library is in the first floor while the bedrooms is in the second floor", Greg said then he turned to look at Mouse, "Mouse, if it's possible if you can take a look at the second floor and find the bedrooms so that each and every person in the House of Promise can be familiarized with the setting?", Greg asked politely.

Greg thought and said, "Um, maybe later Mouse, because I'm in a mood for a nice hot cup of tea, that is if you want to be interested in it, Mouse", Greg said in a tone that will put Mouse in a curious mood.

Kaydi looked around and see a gentleman and a girl talking to each other, Kaydi had a quick stare at those two people, but Kaydi didn't think much of it and returned to look around at the House of Promise

Majoree narrowed her eyes. Her hands clenched by her sides. "Hmph. Sure." She turned around and began scanning the aisles. "I'm going to find my room," she said to no one in particular and made her way outside.

Greg sees Mouse depart and said, "It's nice seeing you Mouse, hopefully we will chat again soon", Greg smiled as he now heads to the library to hopefully relax and focus on which college or university Greg is going to, "Now, time for me to head to the library and relax", Greg headed to the library and when Greg saw the library, he breathed calmly, turned on the door knob and entered the library.

"Oh, yes. Good question. Not really important though. I'm Carrie, yadda, yadda, I'm not good at introductions. And honestly, I'd rather not talk to you. But for some reason, I feel that I have to. Anyway, you are?" She put one of her hands on her hips.

Delta's POV

Delta made a pouting face upon realizing he wasn't getting the attention he desired. He made a cut on Harmony's neck, not too severe, but... "IS ONE OF YOU GOING TO TELL ME YOUR PROMISE? OR I'LL SLIT HER THROAT, RIGHT NOW!"

Harmony's POV

Harmony winced as she felt the sudden pain from the cut, and then composed herself. "Okay, you are officially crazy," she muttered. "Hey, why don't YOU tell me YOUR promise? Then I won't have to kill you. OHHHH, wait! I think I asked EVERYONE to reveal their promises." He sighed. "Such a pain, such a pain. You could make this easy, you know." Harmony frowned (not that she could see that she frowned, but she could feel it). "Oh, and what would your promise be exactly? Is it to find out everyone else's? Not exactly the smartest way to go about it, don't you think?" Harmony asked, perking an eyebrow. "Nice, nice. Are you going to tell me yours already?!" the crazy individual demanded. "Let me think about that for a second," Harmony said, pretending to think about it.

Luther forced a smile past his lips, though he was itching to get away from her. "Luther. Nice to meet you, Carrie." He started to sidestep her. "I'm afraid I should really be going now..."



Fawna's eyes widened as they saw the two crazy people in the center of the room. "Hey hey," they said a little awkwardly. "Doesn't have to be this way, does it?" They started to step closer, raising up their arms in surrender. "Could just put down the knife... ask us nicely..."

Kaydi sees something troubling and soon she sees a boy with the knife and said, "Wait, I can explain this is the House of Promise this is a place where each and everyone get to know each other, but also we have to overcome some challenges and decisions that impact our lives", Kaydi said. Kaydi was starting to feel the pressure, but she is hopeful that it doesn't affect her life.

Back at the library, Greg sat down at the table and with the notebook on the table he opened the notebook and placed the pamphlets on the left side of the table, "Alright, no more messes hopefully everything will go smoothly", Greg still was having thoughts about deciding college or university but also pondering if he should do a reduced courseload or do the whole courses itself.

Mymblum was watching the others in curiosity. They didn’t quite understand what was happening, but what he did know is that they regretted signing up for this. The allure of whatever reason they decided to sign up had lost it’s appeal and really they just wanted this entire thing to be done.

Kaydi sees a new person in the House of Promise, so Kaydi walked up and soon introduced herself, "Welcome to the House of Promise, I'm not sure what everyone is doing here but at the moment they are trying to be familiarized with this place", Kaydi said. Kaydi was still looking around at the house and she was hoping to find a place to relax and not be anxious.

Carrie's POV

She grabbed his arm. "Oh? What's the hurry, my good friend?" she asked, the sincerest smile she could muster plastered upon her face. Unfortunately for her, due to her tone of voice, the statement simply sounded wicked and intimidating. Although perhaps that was a good thing?... she had to find it out.

Delta's POV

Delta stared in Fawna's direction. "Oh, oh! Sure thing! Just tell me it first, then I put down the knife. Unless, you could give me a reason to trust that you'd do it." Delta then narrowed his eyes at Kaydi. (I'd like to clarify he doesn't know these characters' names, I'm just specifying so that no one is confused who I'm referring to). "Oh, yeah, yeah. All I want is your promises. And no one gets hurt! Great deal, right? Oh, and hey, you there!" He pointed at Mymbium with his free hand, before grabbing back onto Harmony's throat. "By the way, what's your name and promise? I just wanna know!!"

Harmony's POV

Harmony sighed. "This is getting highly uncomfortable. Can you please just put down the knife? You're not fooling anyone." Annoyed, Delta slashed a cut on Harmony's cheek and she grimaced in pain. "AND CAN YOU STOP DOING THAT?!" she yelled, losing patience. "Nope," she heard him whispering. Well, she was not giving up her promise so easily. Although... it would probably be pretty hard to guess.

The houses power went out. There was barely any lighting, as there was no windows are anything to show the lighting outside. Beside, it was getting dark out too.

And then the blackout occurred.

They gave a cry of terror.

Pandemonium rose up.

"What's going on?!" Luther.

"Who did this?!" Majoree's distinct snarl.

"No-!" A tight feeling was starting in Fawna's throat, and they began to pant, shaking all over. "No- no- PLEASE!" they screamed. "TURN THE LIGHTS ON! PLEASE-"

"BE QUIET!" Majoree yelled at Fawna and they fell silent, though they were panting, and they were sweating and if they moved they felt like they might keel over- "EVERYONE, BE QUIET!"
