Dear children, you are familiar with stories, are you not?
A story begins in a land, far off from our own. Vast fields rippling with yellows and greens and stacked with intricate castles and kingdoms of what would be a human child's fancy. A land where, unlike ours, good and evil are drawn in clear, precise lines. The side that wins is the one who is good, and the side that loses is the one at who human children must scowl. Winners and losers are the only thing that matters in a story.
Very good! But today is not about a tale intended to whisper morals into a child's ear, good children. Today, we are to discuss those who create those stories.
Do not misinterpret my words, my good students. I do not mean mortal men like Hans Andersen, or the Grimm Brothers, nor do I mean any great disrespect to their marvels. No, I mean their true writers. Beyond the fae and beyond the line of human memory. Our very creators, whom you, dear children will be the only mortals to know.
Whisked away as children, plucked from your mother's breast, and dropped into our arms; you have become the lens into the gods who have structured our world's perspective of good and evil. You are to perfect today's stories. Make good and evil exactly as our creators intended. Your purpose is nobler than any one you may have enjoyed as a human. You have become the essence of truth and righteousness.
You have all reached sixteen years of age. From here out, you will begin your mentorship. You are expected to fix the stories told today from the inside out, ensuring that they maintain the proper standards of the gods. Upon the end of our lunar year, the strongest apprentice will graduate and absorb the role of truthkeeper, mentoring the new children twenty years from now.

You are not to notice humans. Only the stories you cradle in your arms, shielding from the twisted moralities of today. What you are doing is far more important than the fate of a lot of failures. If you must know, then you may question your teacher. But I doubt she will tell you more than me.

Welcome to Travelling Morals! You are one of ten orphaned children. Upon your tenth birthday, you were whisked away from your home and taken to the Great Cradle, a place created by the gods to foster youth capable of becoming truthkeepers. You have lived in the Great Cradle for the past 6 years, achieving and fighting to finally reach the opportunity of apprenticeship.
You have made it. Your caretaker has sent the weaker among you back down to Earth- and you are not among their number. You have proven smart and strong enough to continue to the Truthkeeper's realm, where you and your companions will compete amongst yourselves to take her place.
Yet questions still lurk, regardless of the truths you should have. What will happen to those deemed unworthy? What is the world you have stepped into? And most importantly-
If goodness is relative --merely travelling and changing-- why have the gods created mortals in the first place?

1. PH Rules apply.
2. Your characters cannot be rebelling against the system in the beginning of the roleplay. Currently, they are children who have been raised to idolize the Truthkeeper and the Gods. They would be kicked from the program if they had displayed it before.
3. This story will address old fairytales, which can occasionally have some creepy aspects to them. The world itself is somewhat disturbed and the gods aren't particularly figures of morality. The roleplay may be dark, so be wary of that.
4. Tone the romance down. A little bit is great later down the line, but for now, the characters are rivals.
5. The password is Mischief
6. Do not control other's characters. You have your own characters for a reason. Characters will only make their choices under the person whom they belong to. Example: Example lunged forward, her fist at the ready to punch Example2 and relished in his squeak of fear. The person controlling Example cannot make Example2 squeak in fear. It is up to Example2's roleplayer to make that call of what Example2 will do.
7. In fight scenes, then you must never powerplay. You must always give the other character a chance to fight back. Such as: Example punched Example2 in the nose and then kicked him in the side. The person controlling Example should realize that Example2 would react after being punched in the nose. Example2 would not wait to be kicked in the side and that should be respected in order to keep the fight fair. It's alright if you mess up on this rule sometimes, but at least try to keep it in mind.
8. Try to keep your characters relatively consistent. They can change over time, of course, but the change shouldn't come out of nowhere.
9. Paragraph style and third person is preferred. This means that you will write your posts like a book. Such as- ("Hello," she said. "It's nice to meet you." She held out her hand for a handshake.) opposed to (Hello *I said*.)
10. If you are going out of character, then please put it in brackets. It can be confusing otherwise.
11. Characters must be balanced. They can be as smart or strong as you'd like, but above all, they must be a fairly flawed person and not an idealized form.
12. No hybrids. Your characters are fully human. You will have powers granted by the timekeeper in the other realm, but those are not based off your character's ancestry.
13. Most importantly- Have fun!

The user has the ability to transform into, create and manipulate any form of sand. He is able to manipulate his own body, turning his body into sand and stretching and hardening his body to attack people, though means of piercing, slashing, or bashing. He can also whip up sandstorms and create hardened spikes of sand out of the ground. with the nearby presence of a small body of water, he is able to create quicksand. He can absorb all the moisture out of any object, living or non-living, by touching it with his right hand. This allows him to dehydrate opponents, but not to the level of killing him. He is also able to regenerate his body simply by ansorbing sand into his body.
His body is essentially immune to physical attacks, though he has two glaring weaknesses. First, intense heat is able to turn parts of his body into glass, making him easy to shatter. Second, when moisture comes in contact with his body, it reverts his body back from sand into solid, human flesh, making him unable to transform.

After successfully awakening past trauma from its target, the wielder of Satoric Insight gains the power to copy absolutely any power the target has seen in the past. This is a true recreation and not an illusion, but it cannot be completely exact and is limited by the wielder's magical capability and the clarity of the memory.

A manipulator at heart, he often sugarcoats situations just to obtain something he desires, not caring about his companions or surroundings. However, he seems overall less concerned with appearances than others, and more to do with whatever feels right in the moment.
