Winter didn't resist. He was bleeding all over at this point. He
hadn't really done much the whole battle, everything being far too
intense for him to comprehend.
A letter landed at Winter’s feet... “Come to the emporium, please.
Signed Emerald.
“I’d want the castle to be investigated. We may find some clues
there.” Thea had an idea of where to begin...but even she had no
clue where this rabbithole will end
Emerald treated Clamor’s wounds atop a purple bubble
Winter limped in the direction that he remembered seeing the Bubble
Emporium. It was kind of hard to walk in a straight line, blood
dripping into his eyes, but he somehow made it. He raised a paw to
knock
Margo whisper squeaked again, still invisible. "I thought I was a
neutralist, But I have never found myself fighting a loyalist. I
think I am a loyalist. Yes, I am." She became visible again, her
eye turning Orange, signifying pride. "I want to train to be a
night." She looked back at Leo. "Are you O.K with that?" she asked
in a whisper.
Once Emerald saw how injured Winter was...he rushed him in and
healed him with a spell. He did this and then bandaged him up
quickly. He spent much of his time treating him and Clamor
Xatina shook her head. "I'm sorry, but you're wasting your time."
Xatina paused at what she said next. "It's not my place to decide,
I'm afraid." She did happen to hear what Thea had said, and stepped
forward. Finally, a way she could help. "If you're wanting to
investigate the castle, I can do my best to help."
Winter rested his head on his front paws, resting on a bubble as
she bandages were placed. He hardly noticed the fact that there was
a Luxio in the building as well.
"I knew things would get rough out there but...I didn't expect it
on this magnitude..." Emerald murmured. "It's a shame that I had to
use this place as a hospital rather then...a place for fun..."
Emerald said wistfully as he handed the notebook and pen to
Clamor.
Thea nodded. "They're cunning. I think there's more to them then
just hiding within the city. I'm betting they're hiding
somewhere...closer."
Margo sighed. I knew it would turn out his way. It always does.
EVERY DAMN TIME! Margo turned her head so that the other
Pokémon couldn't see her eye turn yellow. She took off at a dead
sprint, eventually ending up at Leo's tree. She stopped and put him
back in it, saying that she would be back later. She took off on
the rooftops to continue her search, but in reality it was to
escape society. she would never, and she meant NEVER
let anyone see her cry. Margo truly was an odd Pokémon. Her tears
were always the color that the sky was at the time of day.
Emerald looked at Winter and Clamor...waiting fir an answer from
each of them. Maybe not an answer...but for them to say something.
But his main focus was on their well being
Yung sighed. “This plan has be derailed...we need to get moving.
Fast.” He looked at Mordred
Mordred felt a cold sensation over her heart when Emerald walked
past her.
Her head barely moved upwards when Yung spoke to her, her passion
seemed to be drained from her eye. She nodded slightly in
response.
Along the rooftops, the orange Drizzile was sat. His gaze tipped
upwards when he saw Margo, however. He seemed to want to say
something, however all he did was tip his head.
Yung looked at Mordred. He had seen Emerald taking in his two
friends to treat them. “...I think...listen. I think, everything’s
gone haywire...Perhaps you should find a place to rest...the
emporium perhaps? Emerald’s in there.” He suggested
He looked at the sky. “...In the meantime...I need to find that
Drizzile...”
Mordred’s face brightened slightly, and her ears seemed to rise a
bit. She padded to the Bubble Emporium, looking through a window,
and trying to get Emerald’s attention.
Veil’s tail curled inwards. The white fox-mask on his face was
tinted orange by the beam of sunlight. He looked relaxed,
orange-scales leaning over the mask.
Emerald hurriedly opened the door for Mordred. “Quick, in! I’ve
just been treating my friends...but uh...I never got to show uou
this place...”
Yung walked around...he could sense out Veil...he’s on the roof.
Alas. Well, he supposed he could do a bit of investigating...the
traces of the cult that had been here were everywhere. From the
blackened thorns to the dust on the pavement
Mordred padded inside, her gaze uncertain. She blinked blankly, fur
ruffled and eyes raw. Her breaths were ragged too.
Veil was still planted on the rooftop, yawning. He wasn’t sure why
he was there anymore, but he felt a sensation chill over his body.
Oh yes, he had to stay here.
