Armed with a scorching stare, Reagan can see through just about anyone. She can see their thoughts and past actions, and the intent behind them. She can bring out their deepest desires simply by making eye contact. Their 'Truth', if you will.

Appearance:
A tall, slim woman with long, straight, glossy hair in a strawberry blonde color. She has very pale skin with a few pinkish freckles on her face. She typically wears tight clothing with lighter coloring, causing her to cut an elegant figure. Her face is always rather neutral and expressionless, yet there is a fire in her bright green eyes that is impossible to ignore.
Personality:
Regan could be described as a lone wolf of sorts. She isn't really great in a team setting, as working with others is a bit hard for her. She be calm and friendly when she needs to be, but works her best when she doesn't have to consider anyone else. As an only child who wasn't the best at making friends, she is very careful about who she considers close to her. "Acquaintance until decided otherwise" is her typical approach. This can make her come off as cold and unapproachable, but she isn't unkind, just...careful.

Regan is also a very logical and tactical thinker. She thinks...a lot. Very careful about her words and actions and tends to think through the possible scenarios and outcomes of each one. She prefers to walk through her actions before making them, to avoid as many mistakes as possible. She is also a maladaptive daydreamer, and tends to be lost in thought most of the time, and during that time she tends to think up scenarios with imaginary characters and walk through their actions and dialogue, sometimes applying the actions of said characters into her real life. This ability to be lost in an imaginary world while others crave social interaction contributes even more to her cold, distant vibe.
General Skillset:
A creative, Regan is a natural artist and puzzle solver. She has the ability to hold herself back from rash actions, and likes to think things through. That be actions to take in a scenario or in her relationships, her greatest strength is that she can take her time to come up with creative solutions.
Weaknesses/Flaws:
Regan stuggles in social settings, and anything that requires a quick solution will cause her to go into a quiet panic.
Other Information:
Her Ninetales is bonded with her to the point where she can speak to it. They have been together their whole lives. She has a deeper bond with her team than with any person. Is a fire specialist who obsesses over all fire types. She was overjoyed to be Reshiram's chosen

Hope fusions are okay! Basically needing a Royal Character for this kingdom. I'd like for them to be a suicune(quadruped) base that's black with blue wispy bits. TBH I'm sick of this 'Your art is too expensive, you need to lower your prices' stuff from people. Like, just don't order FR?? Besides, the art is reasonably priced imo, she's a very good artist.

Literally this ^^. 200 nuggets is literally two dollars, and that's considered expensive for art by PH users. This quality art in real money typically goes for like 10-20 dollars USD for and unshaded fullbody in my experience, depending on the artist. Just my two cents
