Winter
Emerald lifted a paw up. "Here's...Wind. The next tier up." He sent
a small spinning wind blade towards Winter, but he intentionally
missed. He didn't want to cause his friend more harm when he was
just showcasing the moves.
Leo + Margo
"As long as your not Republican..." One of the knights said, with
an uncertain voice.
"They don't seem to be lying. Let them have a bout, as long as
there's no serious injuries." Said another knight.
Winter let out a tiny snort. "What? Just Wind? The last one had a
fancy name!" His blue eyes darted to the energy that blew next to
him. Even as he joked, he was still focused,
Winter
“These basic ones aren’t terribly unique in names...but hey.”
Emerald smiled sheepishly as he casted the next spell. This one was
a much larger blade of wind, headed hurtling past Winter at a high
speed. “Elwind:..”
Margo stammered, "I-I'm not republication. I'm a neutralist. so is
my friend joltik. T-thankyou for letting me practice." Margo darted
in the gates, not even noticing that she was slowly going
transparent again. Her eye was going back to blue, and she shook
herself. She trotted up to where to knights were training, and sat
to wait for a chance to spar with one. Her opaqueness was coming
back a bit, but sometimes she just looked like a floating cloak.
Winter nodded again. The pellets of hail were starting to pelt
them. Winter still hadn't found out how to stop it. "Where's Summer
when you need her?" he muttered
Winter
Emerald looked sheepish at this point. “And that’s as far up as I
got to... to go further, you need to pay tuition fees...” he winced
from the hail
Margo
Becuase she wasn’t a confirmed Loyalist, she wasn’t allowed in far.
Under the supervision of many knights, the practice bout begun. The
opponent was a Lairon
Margo took a deep breath, and her eye started rainbowing through
the colors. She shook of her cloak, becoming completely visible,
and waking up Leo. She stood up and walked to the center of the
circle and did a quick little bow to the lairon, not sure how this
worked. She closed her eyes for a moment, and felt that peaceful
connection with nature. she backed up to the opposite side of the
circle from the Lairon, and prepared to fight.
Winter.
Emerald nodded. “They only teach you one element...but they let you
pick. You can learn additional ones too, or advance in one.
Eventually you can make your own unique spell.”
Margo
The battle was initiated with a Rock Throw from the Lairon
Margo snapped her eyes open, and stepped sideways. She slipped into
invisibility, darted to the side, created a pretty good sized
Shadow Ball, and, trying out her new move, Quick Attacked it as
fast as she could. It flew towards the Lairon with astounding
speed, and she was still invisible, so nobody saw her Quick Attack
into it. The shiny umbreon did this so that nobody stole her trick.
after she completed it however, she became visible again, as to not
exhaust her ability.
Margo crouched and used her well trained leg muscles to jump up
over the Iron Head, disappearing and twisting to fall and land on
the Lairon's hard shell. She knew that it wouldn't hurt the thing,
maybe just knock it off balance.
"Hmm. Sounds cool. I'd still probably have to go with water,
though." Winter honestly couldn't even think about going to yet
another school, especially now. Yet he could see himself a vision
of being tempted to do it eventually
Margo spun around with a shadow ball, and Quick Attacked into both
the rock and the Shadow Ball, shattering the rock, and sending the
Shadow Ball spinning to bounce off a tree, right back at Margo,
where she use the momentum to fling herself into the air, as she
Quick Attacked another Shadow ball the size of a pebble strait into
the Lairon's face, temporarily blinding it in its left eye.
