In his mind, this whole speech sounded weird, but as long as she
was with them he didn’t really mind. He continued sitting down. He
crossed his legs and started meditating on the bubble, just being
fully relaxed. He didn’t want anyone to bother him at all, because
it would be really annoying.
All
“Anyways...I wish for the war to be over...however...I do not trust
that I will be safe in the castle... I need you to help!” She
sounded forceful...but well...she was sheltered, trusting to
strangers she had met for the first time
Yung was just...speechless.
Clamor
The Fraxure looked up. “Hm? Got something to say?” Oh the irony in
his words...
Fortem watched the city from his balcony. Aside from the big battle
happening at the plaza, there seemed to be a crowd gathering near
the border of the anthian district and the suburbs... hey, wasn't
that where Hiro's bubble emporium was? Maybe the other neutral
pokemon were preparing to leave.
Audax debated asking whether it was a smart idea to trust them or
if the castle really wasn't that safe, but they had bigger matters
to worry about. "What do you want us to do?"
Clamor would have laughed. Instead he shook his head, gesturing at
his neck. It wasn't a very clear sign, but oh well.
All
“End the war...I beseech you all.” She murmured as she continued to
paw the ground.
Yung looked at everyone. “Well? Shall we continue our plan? I don’t
think having the priestess would harm us too much as long as she
isn’t seen in Luminia much...”
Clamor
“...I see, you’re mute...do you have an ideas on escaping?” The
Fraxure asked
That was a lot to ask of a ragtag bunch of citizens so suddenly,
but it was what everyone wanted, and they could probably do it,
even if it would take a lot of effort. "Are we going then?" He
looked at Yung to confirm.
Clamor shook his head, but tapped it after. He was thinking...
Clamor pointed at the fraxure's tusks. Perhaps they could be useful
in breaking something, or prying something open? He could also try
picking a lock with his claws.
Winter looked intensely at the Glaceon. He had to do what was
right, and they were only going to the surface for the nights,
during the day they could go to the castle...He would certainly do
it if everyone else thought it was a good plan.
All
“I don’t see any objections...alright. Remus and I will provide
cover so that all of you can escape to the surface using the
teleporter near the centre stage.” Yung would explain
Fortem watched the scene. The neutrals were beginning to move out.
Fortem mentally wished them well, before realising he could do
something to help too. The pokemon there would probably run into
some trouble, and it was the least that Fortem could do to drive
them off. Hopping energetically out of his room, he scampered
towards the area.
Audax nodded as they began to move. He admired Yung; he was smart
and strategic, and made good plans quickly, like Audax hoped to be
able to do someday.
Clamor tilted his head, thinking. His limbs were longer than the
fraxure's... When the knights weren't looking in their direction,
he quickly stretched out his paw and tried to grab the lock and
pull it back in.
Riptide also went with everyone to the grand stage. He knew the
plan, they just had to do it. He hoped nobody saw them as they
tried to get to the surface. He wanted to stop this Civil War, and
make Luminia a paradise again.
Fortem joined Yung and Remus, creating a stone edge wall to let the
neutral pokemon pass. He was wearing his cloak so no knight
recognised him, hopefully.
Audax leaned back on Emerald as they headed towards the stage.
Really stretching, Clamor reached his claw into the lock. He'd
learned to pick one for fun back when he was younger... could he
remember without being caught?
Margo crouched low, hidden in the shadows, her glowing blue stripes
subsided for the moment. A flicker of movement, and a mouse
scurried over the pile of things in the alleyway. Margo held her
breath. The young umbreon pounced, and landed on top of the mouse.
*CRASH* Margo jumped, letting the mouse go, sending it scurrying.
*sigh* thought the umbreon, sitting down, her stripes glowing
again, but dimly. *I can never get a good meal, even now, when the
Kingdome is this bad.* Margo looked over her shoulder, to see what
had caused the crash. it seemed that when she had pounced, her tail
had thwacked a precariously leaning piece of wood, causing a whole
PILE of things tumbling down, blocking the entrance to the
alleyway. Margo pricked her sharp ears, hearing murmuring outside
the barricade.
"what happened?"
"I think I saw an umbreon in there."
"I wonder if it's ok."
Margo rolled her eyes and winced at the pain in her left eye. She
looked into a shiny piece of metal leaning against the giant pile.
The reflection showed what it always had. The face of a 11 year old
shiny umbreon, her left eye completely magenta, with a pink scar,
and her right iris was fading back from green to the normal blue
color. *I hate my stupid eye. It always gives away my emotions.*
Margo tensed, jumped, and landed lightly onto the roof of a
cottage. as she stalked across the roof, she tripped, and tumbled
down the side of the roof, and down onto the street. as she hit the
cobble, she heard a loud *CRACK* and felt a jolt of pain up her
right arm, radiating from her wrist. a yell ripped from the injured
Umbreon's throat, and several Pokémon and a knight walking past
started at the sound. Margo gritted her teeth, and began to slip
off, but when she put weigh on her broken foot, she toppled over,
the pain maker her vision go black. but she didn't cry out. her
left iris briefly turned red, but then went back to the normal
blue.
Audax + Riptide + Winter
The portal was there, waiting for everyone. It was always ready to
be in use.
Emerald looked at everyone with a confident nod.
Fortem
Yung would hug Fortem. No cloak could stop him from recognising the
young knight.
Clamor
The lock was just close enough to be attacked, though it was
definitely a stretch
Margo
She would wake up in the hospital of the Loyalists
Winter returned it, padding up to the portal. He guessed it was
time to go now. It would be so odd, returning to the surface, he
thought...especially since, from the beginning he'd been telling
himself that he just wanted to go home...but he couldn't leave now.
Not again. Not this time.
Mordred spotted hesitation in the eyes of her companions. Shaking
her fur, she turned to the ones she hadn’t yet introduced herself
to yet, and then her gaze loomed over Lumi. “I’m Mordred, it’s a
pleasure to meet you,” Her head turned back to the portal. Eyes
narrowed, she leapt through.
In town, there was a shocking lack of those rambunctious citizens.
Veil was looking for someone. His tail curled and mask on one side
of his face, he was ambling around town. The orange Drizzile left
his café with the sign displaying ‘closed’. He seemed to freeze for
a moment, as if something had caught his attention. He straightened
his back. Veil headed towards the bubble emporium, eyes locked on
the portal and a certain somebody inside. He knocked on the door.
Mordred + Winter
Emerald was waiting for her. The familiar forest was waiting for
them. "So um...we just have to set up camp!" Emerald was nuzzling
Mordred. "We came down here so we wouldn't get caught in the
crossfire..."
Lumi was looking around in wonder. She had never seen a forest
before and was frolicking around.
Veil
While no one was inside the Emporium, Yung was outside of it,
telling Remus to follow the others to the portal and make sure they
were safe
He twitched. Veil heated up with embarrassment, wondering if they’d
seen him act in the awkwardly oblivious way he had. Sliding the
mask over his face, the Drizzile croaked. “...Greetings.” His voice
was hoarse as he faced Yung, his body language smooth as his eyes
behind the mask watched the Lucario with an odd intensity.
“A camp, hm? Perhaps we should find some dry wood to make a fire.”
Mordred suggested, playfully looking into the forest.
