Winter stopped bouncing for a second, turning to the hooded figure.
How on earth were these strangers getting inside? It didn't look
like Yung had let her in. "?"
Xatina
The Gabite was flung down. He tapped the ground to signal a break.
The fight was won for now
Audax + Riptide + Winter
“Seriously sir Audax! You go to find allies then you find them and
don’t give word to me?”
The hooded figured lifted her hood.
Yung’s face immediately went pale. “What...?”
With a pleasantly shocked expression, Mordred read the letter over
a few times and placed it in the cupboard with the star. I
should tell Emerald and Fortem about this, and maybe Yung if he’s
around.. The Theivul thought, exiting the house.
—
Finding nobody at Emeralds’ house, she looked in the busy parts of
town for them.
The Drizzile recalled the plant monsters and his customers were
allowed to leave.
—
A while later, no customers had displayed any interest in the café
during what was supposed to be rush hour, so he closed early. Veil
watched from inside to see if anything was happening that
interested him, sipping slowly at a hot chocolate.
Xatina grinned, breathing hard. "That was the most fun I've had in
awhile, thanks!" Xatina could still feel the sting from the Dragon
Claw on her neck, but it wasn't horrible, and it wasn't like she
had overexerted herself. She was still following rules.
Mordred paused, looking between the Glaceon and Yung. “Am I..
interrupting?” She flicked an ear with concern. She licked her
chestfur with embarrassment and took a pawstep backwards.
Xatina accepted the berry, and the pain slowly faded away. Those
Heaven Berries were like magic, Xatina was glad that the Loylaists
had them. For a minute, she wondered how Republicans took care of
their wounded..Did they also have acsess to the Berries? She had no
idea...Xatina waved the thought away. She was in too good of a mood
to be thinking about that. "Now that I've trained some, I should
probablly get back to work.
“Oh, I-“ She found herself overloaded with things to say. “Hiro
sent me a letter, he’s all fine, just thought I should say that
first, my second point..” Mordred paused, finding the correct
words. Her eye was cloudy with thought. “What was those frozen star
thingys?” Mordred’s eye locked onto the Glaceon for a long moment,
before shooting an apologetic glance at Emerald.
Riptide felt the bounce but ignored it. He was too surprised that
the Snowstar Priestess was around at this sort of time. He heard
the part about a frozen star thingy. Apparently it was useless,
supposedly said by the Priestess. He wondered if they were waiting
for anyone else.
Fortem nodded. In a place filled with loyalist guards, this wasn't
the best place to talk.
"Oh!" Audax whipped around to see the glaceon from before. "Ah,
sorry!" He looked down at his paws, embarrased. "On the topic, what
were those stars about? I didn't know others got one too. What were
they meant for?"
Clamor was pretty bored, unsurprisingly. There wasn't much to do
here... He would try to make a loud noise or something, but that
probably would do more harm than good.
"Right, I think I'm going to go to the castle wall." Xatina
decided, heading off in that direction. Xatina wasn't ready to deal
with any conflicts, so it was best that she stay in a fairlly
peacful area. It was too early for those..Repuplicans to do
anything foolish, right?
Audax + Riptide + Winter + Mordred
“The stars were supposed to calm the emotions of everyone, to wind
everyone down so that everyone would be amicable with one another.
But the effect was too weak...” She looked down at the ground and
pawed the ground with shame in her voice
Fortem
“We’ll talk more about this later. But it’s likely that none of us
can give direct support.” Ryn said
Xatina
From the vantage point that Xatina had, she would be able to see
the fight in the plaza in full. Fighters from both sides were
reinforcing and fleeing to get healed...it looked like an endless
battle
Riptide thought it was a good idea, trying to calm everyone down
and try to make everyone peaceful. Although, it didn’t work quite
as he thought it would if he first thought of it. Pokémon were
severely injured. He just hoped they could find a place to be safe
for a while and maybe find help on Earth. He also wondered what
Earth was like.
Audax supposed magic alone, even if it was strong, probably
wouldn't be able to calm everyone down for any long lasting period
of time. So even if it was weak... "You shouldn't blame yourself,"
He told the snowstar priestess. "This isn't your fault."
"Thats fair," Fortem said. "Thanks for hearing me out." Dipping his
head respectfully, he padded out of the school and back into the
castle.
Xatina was still rather nervous..the fighting didn't seem to be
stopping. She paced back and forth nervously. Absols had a almost
sixth sense when it came to disasters, but Xatina didn't need that
to know that this in fact was a disaster.
All
“My name is...Lumi.” The Glaceon bowed her head. “...you know well
me well as the Snowstar Priestess... Even though this is a time of
crisis...I look forward to seeing the outside world, I shall extol
your virtues!” She was a little odd...but she seemed friendly
enough
Clamor
Within the same cage, albeit separated from a divider, it seemed as
though there was a Fraxure captured as well
Audax did think that some of Lumi's mannerisms were strange, but
that probably all came from living sheltered in the castle her
whole life. He nodded. Hopefully she could adjust quickly, so this
whole nightmare could end faster.
Clamor padded towards the divider, and tapped it with his paw. Not
loud enough to be annoying, but loud enough to hear. Maybe they
could chat or maybe find a way out? Probably not the latter, but
hey, they had to start.
