Regina continued on and stopped when she noticed one of the Princes taking off from the castle. Wait..was that-Yep. It was Prince Noah. Honestly, she wasn't surprised. On her way out, she had heard several splashes of water and indignant shouts. Someone was probably coming after him for revenge. Why couldn't he just behave like the rest of the royal family? His pranks absolutely drove her mad sometimes.

Tirik had stood up and started another Summons, a small Imp now floating dazed in the center of the circle. The Mirror Ghoul started to hum, then lit up with color as Elliot's face popped into view. Turning, Tirik gave a half smile and a bow. "Your Highness. Thank you for accepting my Summons' request. Noah is behind the bucket, yes?" Turning back to the Imp, a quick command was given. The Imp righted itself and flew out a window, seeking the king and hoping to provide another set of eyes. Tirik looked to the Mirror again. "I've seen him heading into town, if you'd like any assistance capturing the sneak. My Summons are at your service if you so desire it." A small gesture, and the snake-like thing from earlier appeared, unwinding itself from the Mage and sliding downs arm smoothly. It was a terrifying thing, without eyes or ears, but a rather large mouth full of teeth. "A small Mouler has been sent after him. It should have attached itself to his hair by now." The creature on the Mage's arm twitched. "This can track the Mouler if you wish it to."

Regina realized someone was talking to her. "No, just sightseeing." She thought that she had been being inconspicuous, but she supposed not. She stopped. "So you're another flower fan? I wonder why.."

With quick packing of their things, Thea and her father set off towards the city in their carriage. Thea can't wait to see the city again. It has been what, six months now, since she was last allowed to go with him? She can't wait to see what has changed... Maybe it's just a bit of wish-thinking, but just thinking about being able to see other people her age... Man!
And so, she was soon near the inner city.

Raising an eyebrow, Elliot knew better than to questions the workings of a mage and simply accepted it. This little chase has gone on for far too long and he was willing to accept aid if it meant that he could drag his brother from town. "Very well, I thank you for your aid." He nodded, sighing. At this point, he wasn't even focused on murdering Noah as his rage had subsided into a wave of simmering anger. Noah was skipping out his duties as a prince at this point and he wouldn't cover for his brother anymore. Doing the duties of both the first and second prince was too much for him. "I shall enlist the aid of your Moulder than, please."

Phillip popped up from behind Regina's horse to greet his fellow knight. "OH ROSALINE HELLO!!! HOW ARE YOU DOING THIS MIGHTY BEAUTIFUL MORNING?" He seemed very off the hook being able to see another of his '''kind''', it was weird in a way yet conforming to some. "I haven't seen you in a while, have you been well?" he collected himself.

Regina kept walking when it was clear she had nothing more to say. Some people were quite strange. Like that knight, Phillip, was it? Regina sighed and adjusted her hood. She was starting to consider returning to the castle grounds. Regina was not used to simply "Walking around" without some kind of purpose. Then again, what was there except for the watch? Might as well use this time wisely. She jumped. Was he still following her? She wished he would stop shouting. She glanced behind her with a dirty look to show that the surprise had not been appriciated.

It didn't take the two long to reach the not-so-secret hideout. Scarlet preferred to call it a liar. It was located close to the castle. Initially, it uses to be a church's basement, but the church group rebuilt somewhere else, so the Ring moved in. Next to the beat down church were some heavy wooden doors, and when opened, it would lead down to the basement. Starting from the doors, there was a small tunnel that leads to a torch-lit room. Sunlight was cast upon an ancient symbol and further away was a throne. Multiple tunnels opened around the throne, these tunnels were very short. Each tunnel opened up into five rooms. These rooms were simply tiny chambers that acted as homes for the people in the Ring. Each room had a closet, a bed, and a small bathroom. It wasn't much, but it was home.

"You look impatient... don't worry, we'll take care of those little outlaws soon enough, meet back here in ten minutes, then we'll go" Scarlet orders. She heads down one of the tunnels, leaving Ace to stand by himself. Did those outlaws have ten minutes? Ace wonders fearfully. Yes, those people were criminals, but Ace didn't want to be the reason for their deaths. Especially if he could've done something about it.

"Good morning dear brother. I hope Noah's mischievous act didn't ruin your day." she said with an extremely visible grin. "If we're not interrupting anything,of course,would you care to join us in some morning tea? It could relive you of your anger,you know..." she said adjusting her tiara from all that moving around. "After that,you could continue and go on your merry way. Me and Esmeralda will take a walk outside." she added.

With a nod, Tirik stepped over to the window, allowed his creature to slip off his arm and down the wall, stopping as it touched the ground. "Let the Mouler tracking begin." The snake thing, now colored dark and of the earth, shot off at a very high speed, first tracking Elliot to lead him to Noah. However, the creature knew not that it was leading one human to another. Rather, it had a command to find the scent of one person, track it, sit still for a moment so that the human might follow it, and then hunt. The creature had no sentience, but it knew what a Mouler smelled like. And Moulers, to it, smelled like food. The creature tasted the air constantly, then pinned itself on the scent of Prince Elliot. It started on its way towards him, to arrive in a matter of seconds. Turning back to the Mirror Ghoul, the Magus gave another small bow. "My Tracker will be there momentarily. It will lead you to the Mouler and, in turn, Noah. Dump a bucket of water on him for me, would you? He very much deserves it." Tirik allowed the Prince to dismiss the Mirror Ghoul if he wanted to, else it would simply follow him around the town. A simple wave of the hand, as Tirik had demonstrated once. He knew the Prince was not to be a Mage, but a few Dismissal acts might do him good in his life.

William made his way to the castle, he could faintly hear the shouts of his family. He snickered and looked around, seeing if he could spot any of Noah’s traps. He entered the front door, greeting two guards before going inside.

"Thank you and of course. It's only suitable that the punishment fits the crime." Elliot nodded, before pausing. How... did he dismiss the ghoul? After a moment of awkward standing around, Elliot hesitantly waved his hand which did the trick and the summon was dismissed easily in a light airy puff of magic. Letting out a sigh, he nearly jumped out of his skin when someone spoke to him and turned around with a bit of a tired smile on his face.

"Good morning, sister. You look lovely today. Hopefully, my own bellowing hasn't been any cause for alarm." He apologized wryly. By now his anger had mostly left him and the calm and sensible side of him had more or less returned. "Unfortunately, I'll have to decline such an offer. Our dearest brother has gone ahead and escaped into town and I'm afraid it falls on me to bring him back. Would sharing some afternoon tea instead sound amendable?"

Tirik watched the second half of the Ghoul collect, then rejoin with the stationary half. Nodding slightly, Tirik turned back to his Summoning runes, thinking over what might need to be done around the kingdom. He knew patrol was covered, as always, by the General, and he knew that Noah would be soaked by the morning's end. After a moment, he turned back to the Mirror Ghoul. "Seek out His Majesty William Sapphirus so I might ask him a few questions." Just as before, there was a moment of stillness. Then, the Ghoul split and became two halves, Stationary and Seeker halves. The Seeker was on its way in a moment's notice, out the window and up, searching the kingdom for the king.

"Don't worry,I thought something happened to you from the way you yelled but you were just after Noah. What did he do anyway? Also,don't worry about the tea,you have a valid reason to be absent. Good luck trying to catch our brother,by the by. He must have done such acts innumerable times already to be able to run away from you." she paused for a moment,collecting her thought. "Now then,dear sister..." she turned and smiled at Esmeralda. She walked out of the room and stood in the middle of the hall. "Ohh Coooopeerrr~" she tried calling out to the servant,hoping the echo of the halls would increase the range of her voice.

Ten minutes pass by... or was it twenty minutes? The intensity of the situation was disorienting Ace's ability to accurately keep track of time. Ace had changed into a cleaner cloak and had freshened up a bit, it had taken no time at all. So he was left waiting for Scarlet for what seemed to be hours. But finally, finally she stepped outside in her usual attire. An armored black cloak, with her large bow and arrows. It was overkill to have her small dagger hanging threateningly on her hip.
"Must you always be equipped for war?" Ace snaps. He flushes slightly when Scarlet glares at him.
"You have so much to learn" she places a hand on his cheek, a usually romantic gesture if it weren't for the fact that she had suddenly tightened her grip on his jaw and was forcing him to look at her. "You've been lacking lately... do you need to retire Ace?" Scarlet asks threateningly. Ace gulps down a wave of panic. As one would guess, retiring meant something different now.
"No" he responds evenly.
"Good boy, I like that answer" she releases him and walks away, leaving him to follow and discreetly rub his jaw.

Luck must've been on their side, as the two make their way back to the town they almost immediately run into a knight- Regina was her name? Scarlet straightens up and confidently strolls towards the girl.
"Excuse me! We need your assistance. There are two outlaws that you must arrest." Scarlet knew better than to order a knight around, but she liked to push her luck every now and then.

"Hm?" Regina looked up. "Outlaws?" Well, she had been hoping for something interesting to happen. Here it was. She went up to meet them. "Alright then. Where are these law breakers?" She hadn't remembered seeing those two around, but honestly, there was no reason why she shouldn't. The last time she had been inside the city had been months ago. "Who are you anyway?"

"That fool was lucky that I wasn't holding any books when I opened that door," Elliot grumbled crossing his arms. "My wrath wouldn't be the only thing he would've had to face. A hefty ledger to replace priceless books father has collected over the years could have accompanied that. I'm more vexed at the knowledge that could have been lost due to his childish pranks than the pranks themselves. Noah is ingenious when it comes to his trickery, and if directed correctly it could help the nation flourish. Yet he only shows interest in causing others distress for his own enjoyment. Such talent is wasted on a man like him."

Letting out a long-suffering sigh, Elliot waved goodbye to his sisters and departed, following the Mouldur which Tirik had given him to aid in his search for his irresponsible brother.

A sly smile appears on Scarlet's lips as she slows her pursuit just enough that Regina can catch up to her before she heads towards the tavern. "My name is Scarlet, and that's Ace. We are the royal spies" she answers proudly. "It's our job to track outlaws within the kingdom and occasionally spy on opposing kingdoms" she adds. "With that said, we managed to track some outlaws down to an old tavern, they should still be there by the time we get there" she assures.
"Hopefully alive" Ace mutters quietly. He keeps his head forward, not wanting to look at Scarlet, who was giving him a warning look.

Regina nodded, one hand on the hilt of her sword as she followed after them. "If you are spies, I trust you were able to evaluate their skill level? It would be nice to know if this will go down nice and easy or if they will fight for their freedom." Regina was confident that she could handle them, but she preferred walking into a situation knowing all that she could about the opponet. That is what had gotten her through battles all this time.
