"Listen, listen!" Feliciano grabbed his brothers arms to stop him, now whispering "We could totally infiltrate this you know, the longer we stay, the more time we have to convince them" Actual Mastermind.
His tearful demeanour is quickly cast aside, as he stands tall in front of everyone. "We hsve made a decision! As long as the priest in this city wants us here, we will stay!" He fronts a big grin.
Whether they would stay or not relied on Kanata's decision. Even though the High Priest isn't exactly King or General, the rank is quite high up there, but was it high enough to allow two strangers in the Kingdom?
A frown crossed Kanata's face as he leaned back to regard them. "Now now, let's not be "hasty" here," he chided gently. "Take the time to "converse" with each other for if you rush in blindly, you will leave disappointed. I don't want you two to "waste" your time for nothing." The hasty acceptance of his proposal was suspicious to say the least and while Kanata desired to see the good in people, trusting in what he believed was the inherent kindness in others, he also wasn't one to ignore his gut feeling.
There was also paperwork to be filled if this went through and if there was one thing Kanata disliked about his job, it would be the paperwork. He sighed and rested his cheek on his hand. "I don't know them." He replied, voice low and discreet as he shared these words with the princesses and them only. "But if there's a chance that we can "control their movements" within here, I shall take it. I'll take responsibility for anything that happens, I promise."
Slumping down on his chair, Elliot groaned as his voice echoed around the empty library. He had at least managed to successfully sneak away from Father and Mother without getting noticed and his previous encounter with Reigna had left him drained. His people mingling quota had been filled for the day, thank you very much.
He ran his tired hands down his face, lines of exhaustion creased into his skin. He didn't really want to do the work today but he didn't have all that much left, cutesy of dumping Noah's work back onto him. That was a plus he guessed but a feeling of guilt gnawed at his stomach. Even if Noah was in the wrong for goofing off and causing trouble for both the staff and his family, Elliot understood that being the first and therefore crown prince carried with it way too much pressure. The feeling of guilt over loosening his own burdens to add more to someone else are away at him before he threw his hands up in an exasperated yell.
Yanking open the library door, Elliot hurried to where he had left the paperwork. If Noah hadn't picked it up yet then Elliot would take it back. If he had... Well, then Elliot supposed he'd just apologize for the unfair punishment and offer his assistance.
Nodding his thanks at Joy's understanding. After this he would seek out an audiance with William and I form him of what was happening. While he was sure that the King wouldn't mind, it was still coming curtsy to inform the master of the house of the things that went on in his mansion. Glacing around, Kanata caught a glimpse of silver hair and perked up. Tht was one of the archers... Um.... Ashe was it? Catching the boy's eye, he discreetly called him over a way smile on his face. "I'm sorry, but would you be so "kind" as to help me for a moment?" He asked the moment Ashe was within hearing distance
"A simple task." He assured nodding. Glancing over gain a brief layout of who was present, Kanata nodded more to himself than anything. "Could you tell either His Royal Highness King William or Commander Reigna about what has "transpired" here? No need to go into detail for I shall take care of that, but it's best if they "know" sooner rather than later." He explained. He hoped that he wasn't putting too much pressure on Ashe with this task as he knew that approaching either of the two he had named was a daunting task. "If you feel "uncomfortable" with this, that's okay you don't have to do it." He added on, some of that concern slipping into his soothing voice
