“Watch it, jerk!” The Roserade yelled, using Power Whip to shove
the Tyranitar away.
Mallice grunted, trying to deflect the painful attack. “Hey! S-Stop
it!” He whimpered, clearly scared. He turned away and began to run,
but Roserade stopped him by using power whip to trip them. “Where
do you think you’re going, scaredy-cat?”
"Well, nice talking to you, I'm going to go see if the Ninetales is
all right." she took of in the Opposite direction, following the
other Ninetales.
Rai surfed toward the bulletin. "Where can I find this Luxio?" she
asked a pokemon standing next to the board.
"I would enjoy taking up a battle challenge." she said
"Ah. Indeed Mi Hija...It was nice to talk to you as well. Carry on
then as you were." The Espeon smiled gently underneath her mask,
also curious about the other Ninetales, but decided it best not to
butt into other's business unless they wanted her help.
She sighed lowly once more and started to gently walk around the
area, familiarizing with her surroundings while taking moments to
smell some of the flowers that were in bloom.
"Ah...Some of these to have appeared to be blessed by the goddess
Celebi. Remarkable." her tail lightly flickered.
“Oh....!” He was taken slightly aback. “Ah...I thought I’d offer a
little help? While I’m here?” He said nervously. “I saw the flyers
and thought I’d offer to help...I am a fairly seasoned explorer
myself....” he murmured as he looked around. He decided not to say
much yet about his past until he got to know them better. After
all, he didn’t even come from around here
Braxien had noticed Rai looking towards the Bulletin Board and her
ears perked a little, curious about this flying raichu she's never
seen before. "Oh! The board is for Guild members, we are looking
for new recruits if you're interested! There'll be plenty of
pokemon challenges like that one, I can assure you that!" She gave
a warm smile before turning back towards the Lucario, nodding
happily. "Oh really? that would be great! We could always use a few
extra paws around here! Say... can I ask you something? you seem
reeeeeaaaaally familiar.. and I can't quite put my stick on it.
It's like... I remember seeing someone like you at a guild when I
was just a Fennekin. He was just the coolest guy!" she put her paws
up into determined fists before giving a small leap. "o-oh, sorry!
I can get really into things sometimes... W-Well welcome to the
Guild stranger!" she gave a nervous chuckle before she held a paw
out towards Lucario.
The Ninetales has started to pad up the path before he noticed the
feeling of the two female pokemon referring to him for a moment,
causing him to turn around and look towards them with curious eyes.
"Ah... can I... help you, miss..?" he tilted his head, trying to
keep his composure around other pokemon, despite his great worry
eating away at him. He looked towards the Ninetales, then the
Espeon, before shaking his head, an apologetic look in her eyes.
"ah, forgive me, I must be off, time is of the essence.." he looked
away, his tails stiff, the thought of this missing child all alone
would keep him awake until he knew she was safe. "And I fear that
time is almost gone..."
He blushed. Intensely. Like, seriously. “H-Huh. W-Why, thank you
for the compliment. I’m nothing but a regular guy though...” He
gets embarrassed easily, especially if someone compliments him. He
put his paw out. “Happy to work for you.” He said, his cheeks still
pink. This would help him pass the time while he got to explore and
map the area
Mallice struggled to get up, but Rose (Roserade’s new name ;w;)
kept him from doing that. “So you don’t want to fight me? Ha, good
choice!” She used another Power Whip before walking to Akai
Village.
Mallice struggled to get up, falling back down most of the time. He
started to cry. He was too weak to walk the rest of the way and he
let the Roserade attack him... He was finally able to stand up and
decided to try his best to reach the village. He wasn’t that
hurt, was he?
Successfully slipping into the building, Albafica glanced around
nervously. They would be staying in town for a long while and he
didn't want his husband to be the only one working to support them.
Joining a guild temporarily would be the best option in his mind.
Therefore, Albafica slinked over to the front desk, hopping to see
if he could be a recruit
Yung kept shaking the paw of the Braixen, still flustered. He was
reminded of his past when he joined up with the Expedition Society,
and how he had worked as a historian. It sure took him way back.
Lucien...everyone...wait for me. I’ll return soon... he
thought as he waited for something to happen
He stood up and rubbed the back of his head. “I’m Mallice.” He
replied. “I just... bumped into that Roserade and it attacked
me...” he muttered, looking at the path that lead to the village.
“What’s your name?”
Braxien smiled as she shook the Lucario's hand, happy to have
someone who seemed knowledgeable about a guild, even if he seemed
to fluster easily before she turned her attention back to the
Alolan Raichu. "Well, a guild is kind of like a big club, but
instead of group activities, you can pair up with someone and go on
adventures! You can save pokemon in trouble, take on challengers,
explore new areas and more! This place is pretty much the home base
of all of that! We're looking for new members if you're
interested!"
Ninetales looked a little distressed, he didn't want just any
random pokemon to find his little sister, so he looked around,
spotting the ahiny Espeon again. She looked so kind and gentle,
someone his sister would definately respond well to, so he gathered
his pride and cautiously approached her. "Ah, ahem, miss Espeon, a
thousand pardons, but I was wondering if you would be willing to
help me with something..?" He gently lowered his head, hoping his
natural height difference with her would not unnerve her, hoping
she would hear him out.
“...Hm...” He looked around. “If you need me to go out by myself,
that’s fine. I’m used to taking solo missions.” He said with a
gentle voice. “I don’t look it but I’m confident I can hold my own
in a dungeon.” He looked around, then looking at the noticeboard to
check out the missions that were on the board
"I don't have a name." she said, crestfallen. "Most of the time,
Pokemon would call me Ninetales or back when I was a Vulpix, Pixie.
Nowadays no one talks to me because... well no reason. So, who
attacked you and why?"
“Oh...” he frowned and sat down. “That Roserade down the path, but
it’s no big deal... I made a mistake...” he quietly said.
Roserade arrived at the Akai village and scoffed on how
“disorganized” and “dull” it was. Why did she think it was such a
great place? She saw a Braixen and decided to talk to it.
