Tenshi heard the voices outside and shifted silently into a more
comfortable position. She wasn't sure if she wanted to include
Blaze. Admittedly, it would be easier to just forget about him
altogether. She forced herself to shake her head. As much as she
hated child behavior, she had made him come, she would have to
bring him out with her. But this wasn't an escape plan, so she just
waited.
"Yeah, you're right. They're probably freaking out about the fact
that they just woke up after a whole day asleep." Katu decided,
allowing herself to relax.
"Search the area. That Absol is still here." Halsey decided
eventually.
"Yes ma'am." Justine replied, moving the look over the various
areas. There was nothing strange - a few dug up burrows here and
there, and a few gouges on the ground where Pokemon had done mock
battles.
A rock in particular looked like a Dugtrio had decided to burrow
underneath. Could the Absol be hiding there? Justine furrowed her
brow. She walked to the stone and lifted it, seeing the Absol.
Seeing the human's face, instinct made her attack. She leapt up and
clawed Justine's neck before she could reach for her pokeball. Her
plan wouldn't be stopped, she would kill the woman if she had to.
Justine shrieked, falling backwards as he neck was slashed. Dr.
Halsey, Edwards and the other guards all rushed to the scene,
finding the Absol and Justine desperately clutching her neck. Dr.
Halsey released her own Lucario, "Kelly, use heal pulse now! You
two, contain that Pokemon!"
The Gardevoir mega-evolved, and the Hariyama prepared itself for
battle. Edwards cursed himself for only bringing one Pokeball with
him, but the rest of his Pokemon were roaming around the facility.
Seeing all the guards together only made Tenshi angry. Her own mega
stone began to glow. Eventually a rainbow glow incased her body and
she began to change.
As soon as she was finished changing forms, the Gardevoir used
Moonblast, targeting the Absol. The Hariyama waited for the attack
to charge, readying its own attack. Kelly, the Lucario, dragged a
newly healed Justine towards the doc.
"This is fascinating... I've never seen an Absol mega-evolve
without its trainer. I knew there was something special about you."
Dr. Halsey proclaimed, not entirely aware of the danger she was
in.
Blocking the moonblast with a psycho cut, Tenshi charged at th
Hariama, planning to get to the humans. Normally, she could control
the rage that the burst of power mega evolution brought, but this
rage wasn't from the mega stone, it was all natural. With a sudden
change of thought, Tenshi switched directions and bolted towards
the door to the outside of the greenhouse, which had carelessly
been left open. When she reached the outside, she found a room
filled with boxes of empty equipment. Hiding herself more carefully
now, she slipped into the opening of a box in the middle of a stack
and hid herself in the darkness, even placing the broken piece over
the opening in such a way that it didn't look broken.
The humans and their Pokemon followed the Absol out of the
greenhouse, the Mega Gardevoir easily keeping up with it. The
Gardevoir waited outside of the room, indicating to its trainer
that the room was where the Absol had hidden.
Dr. Halsey accessed the pad in front of the door, nodding to the
soldiers and motioning them inside. Once they were inside, she
sealed the door shut. She would not be repeating the same mistake
she had made. Thankfully, all the doors in the base were pretty
sturdy, so the Absol would have to need some time to open it. If
push came to shove, she could also always pull out her strongest
Pokemon.
With her mega form still active, Tenshi's emotions were strong.
Normally she could rationalize situations, but when her emotions
had been pushed to an extreme point like this, suddenly murder
didn't seem like a bad option. She also liked how the room was
small, meaning she could attack multiple enemies at once. If all
were left dead, her plan could go on as normal before the others
even came to investigate. She tensed, ready to kill.
Hunter walked into the square. "Let's go. I'll grab the sacks and
head down to the beach. Then we'll see if we can figure out that
portal device." The Lucario said. He walked over and retrieved the
large sack from besides the fountain. He slung it over his shoulder
and picked up the smaller sack with his other hand.

(@ALL: Rules have been updated, please check them out thanks.)
The Mega Gardevoir used Psychic to destroy almost all of the crates
in the room, revealing Tenshi surrounded by splinters. The
Gardevoir picked up the shards with Psychic, driving them into the
Absol. The Hariyama followed up the Gardevoir's attack with Dynamic
Punch, aiming to KO the Absol in one hit. Dr. Halsey watched
through the security feed she had synced to her pad.
"Alright." Katu agreed, grabbing her own sack. She nodded to the
other two Pokemon, "We're going to the beach, you can follow if
you're interested. We're still trying to find the source of that
fog in case they come back."
"I can carry you all..." Albafica offered hesitantly, glancing at
them. "Of course I won't let you touch me ... That's too risky...
But I'll make sure you're safe whenever you travel on waters."
Aino pondered the offer before nodding. "Better than nothing." He
said stiffly and turned away. He wasn't sure if this was
necessarily the best decision but it was one of the better options
available to him
"Oh, thank you." Katu said, trying not to seem too excited. This
was probably a good step in the right direction with the Milotic -
aaand you're getting ahead of yourself. They're not your
team. Katu reminded herself, almost tripping as they made their
way through the small trail towards the beach. The trainers they
had dragged into the forest's shade were beginning to wake up, some
in positions that were not entirely too comfortable. She wondered
if they would cramp.
"it's really no problem. It's the least I could do." Albafica
admitted, moving closer to the sea. He saw some of the humans
waking up and hoped that the mystery trainer was among them. Of
course he would hope in vain, a part of him whispered, of course.
Humans always leave you anyways. They either leave you or hurt you.
Why get your hopes up when he always knew what the outcome was? A
little more glum, Albafica slipped in front of Katu and reached the
beach first
Tenshi dodged the dynamic punch. And aimed a powerful blow, not
using any particular attack, but slicing its neck with her
sharpened horn. She decided to ignore the gardivour, as she had a
type advantage. Using swords dance, then aiming a quick attack on
the hariama. She wasn't going to go down so easily this time. Her
true level and battle experience began to show.
(@Tenshi: please don't do more than two moves/attacks per Pokemon
in a post unless your opponent is paralyzed, I know you're a mega
but it's still impossible in most battle situations thus making
your character OP.)
Katu noticed that Albafica seemed to have changed his mood, but she
decided not to comment on it.
The Hariyama managed not to get it's neck sliced, instead using
Tenshi's aggressive action against her as he aimed another dynamic
punch. It took the Quick Attack head on to land a counter hit,
grunting in minor discomfort. The Gardevoir hesitated, and instead
of once again attacking the Absol she decided to use Heal Pulse to
help the Hariyama.
(Seriously, I think we need to have a talk about what is considered
OP in this rp. You seem to get a pass I don't, which I don't think
is fair.)
Tenshi, noticing the gardivour, aimed a pursuit attack, boosted by
swords dance, she drove it into the wall. In doing this, she also
dodged any attack the hariama could have thrown at her.
(Alright, when does a single character Pokemon in my post executes
more than two moves at the same time? I don't think it's happened
unless there are multiple Pokemon each with a limit of two. if that
has indeed happened then I'll apologize and give myself a strike
since I deserve it. And I'm really sorry if I truly have done
that.)
(And breaking my own spam rule in this one I guess but rip.)
Hunter nodded to Albafica in acknowledgment. set down the sack on
the sand and sat down heavily in a patch of shade, watching the
humans. He was interested in seei g how they reacted to the
situation they found themselves in. So far they didn't seem to be
doing much.
4. It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
(@Tenshi, just to clarify: Your previous post wasn't breaking the
rule, since you didn't use three clearly named moves. Otherwise
I'd have already given you a warning. A friend pointed out I
sounded a bit accusatory so I do apologize for that.)
Katu settled herself into the shade, nearby Hunter. She, too,
decided to observe the humans. There wasn't really much else to do
- it was either observe the humans, or a few other Pokemon that
were bobbing up to the surface of the waves, probably curious to
see what was happening. She didn't blame them, it had basically
been a day.
