Looking good!! Dresses are super hard to draw so nice going!! ʕ￫ᴥ￩ ʔ
I don't really think I'm qualified to give criticism but a lil' something I'd recommend is lowering the opacity of the brush you use to sketch with? It helps to see all your lines of the sketch, but if you've already tried it and didn't like it, sorry!! Maybe also have a quick look at a reference of a girl of her physique facing forwards and double check the shape of her bust. Apologies if I'm misinterpreting the lines and that's her hair!!

Her shoulders are too stiff I think. Try making them slope downwards rather than keep them a horizontal line. Otherwise I think it looks pretty good.

The thing is, the scanner messed with the colors so the skin color is quite odd. Probably just gonna do it in digital later.
