Angel smiled and raised one of her hands to Lily's. She was about to reply when Sebastian came in. "Sebastian!" She gasped and swam over to him, wrapping her arms around him carefully so as to not smudge the art and to not knock him over. I think I'm quite happy to have been claimed!

Sebastian rumbled deep in his chest, tugging her close while careful of the art. I am glad to hear that. Having fun? He leaned in, kissing her forehead, then her cheeks, then finally her lips.

"Lover boy, you've got to prepare dinner with her before you two get to that part!" Barracuda's deep voice interrupted.

"Hey man, you come face to face with your other half and try not to kiss her. It is way harder then I make it look. I've got an edge to it, hearing her thoughts," Sebastian sassed back. Shall we go prepare ourselves some dinner, Angel?"

Angel giggled as Barracuda interrupted. "Let's!" She was very excited to see how they prepare food when fires are impossible. She then realized that she hadn't explained how Alex had connected them. If they asked, she'd explain. She'd explain later on if they didn't ask before. She wanted them to know.

Barracuda chuckled, leaving them to their ceremony. "Try not to fry it this time, Bastian!" he teased, settling down beside Lena.

"If I recall correctly, my stuff was always ten times more edible then yours, charcoal guy," Sebastian smirked, taking Angel's hand after he placed his spear against the coral.

"Be safe, have fun!" Lena called, waving to the couple. Sebastians parents smiled, watching the couple go.

"Charcoal guy?" Angel chuckled swimming with Sebastian. "Why does that sound like there's a really funny story behind that title?" She waved back to Sebastian's parents as they moved away. "We will!"

"There is. There so is. See, fire underwater is way too dangerous. The magma pits are something you don't mess with. We use the boiling water in currents coming off of them. But Cuda boasted he could cook in the magma no problem when we were teenagers. So we set a challenge. His fish was so badly burnt, I refused to taste it and he nearly choked on the charcoal. Mine sucked too, but you could at least eat it," Sebastian chuckled, leading Angel over to where they could cook their meal.

Angel laughed as she swam with him. "That's great! Oh gods that's great!" She nodded understanding the danger of the magma pits. "So how can I help with the cooking? I'm not that great at using fresh ingredients..." She was more of an instant noodles or frozen dinners kind of girl.

"You are in luck! Seasoning fish is more of an after it's cooked thing for us. So we just have to wait for this guy to cook. But skinning it would be good. Get off the scales. They are edible but not the nicest tasting thing. Would you like to do that? Just scrub off the scales while I get the spit ready? We'll cut him up for people to eat after too." Sebastian held up the tuna, bloodless at thos point so that stray predators didn't come snooping.

Angel nodded and got straight to work removing the scales. "How hard was it to catch this fish? Isn't it a tuna?" She had remembered something about them being one of if not the fastest fish i the ocean.

"Challenging, yes. That is what makes them great for celebrating feasts. It's hard but when you're dedicated and built like we are, it isn't impossible," Sebastian replied, setting up the sling of seaweed to hold the fish in the stream of hot water to boil and cook.

"No chasing sharks, angering jellyfish or attacking a megaladon today. Though, Cuda stirred up some trouble when he recklessly placed his tail too close to a mantis shrimp's nest. He is going to be feeling that tomorrow, let me tell you. This things hurt!" Shaking his head, Sebastian got the fish cooking with Angel's help. Then he turned to check out the art adorning her skin. "You look lovely."

Angel all out laughed when he mentioned mantis shrimp, and a faint blush spread across her cheeks as he complimented her. "I can say the same about you," She had looked over to take in the art on him as well as the art that was him.

Sebastian smiled, kissing her softly. "Thank you. My father and Cuda designed it. Marks based on my life and abilities as an alpha. The same would be done for you, had my mother and Lena known more. I believe they did a wonderful job. You shared your stories with them and they filtered it into your designs. After this, we will be a life pair. Mates among my people. Is that okay? I have not forgotten what is done on land. I fully intend to marry you there. I just want you to know that's what this entitles."

We can go all the way, perhaps create those little faces in the window. Or we can just curl up and sleep tucked together. As far as you would like to go, I would be honored to go.

Angel thought for a few moments, leaning into his caresses. Would we want to wait until we got the house? I can help hunt for the treasure to buy the house if not get the money for it to be built... She wanted things to be wonderful for their babies. She knew things couldn't be perfect, but with Alex gone now, things were damn near perfect.

I think that would be a really good idea. We don't have protection like I have learned those on land have. So waiting might be good, so that everything is perfect for our family, Sebastian told her, imagining the add one they wanted would cost money and time.

Then we shall wait. Angel pecked him on the lips and glanced over at the fish. "How often should we check it to see if it's done?" She didn't want to ruin their meal since it was part of the process.

Sebastian checked it out, finding the fish coming along perfectly. "It's doing great. Almost done. Glad you remembered! Cuda would have died laughing over this if we burnt it."
