Sure. If the tears are not poisonous. But how could Rayquaza poison others when it's a Flying/Dragon type although it can learn Toxic

Yes! I think riding on Xerneas would be cool. Unless I start riding on it and it turns into a cocoon with me on it. Then it would be not cool.
