I don't think there's a real rate of exchange for this. Nuggets haven't been traded much so far.
Note that you have to gift at least 50 small Nuggets to prevent cheating.

So I was wondering, what happens If I have a shaymin, but didn't get it or send it away and the event ended tomorrow (Which it wont hopefully.) Will the shaymin disappear or will it stay there in tell I get it?

The Shaymin event ends at the end of August.
I will announce it when the end has officially ended and then you get some more time to receive the Shaymin.
Any untaken gift can't be received afterwards.

I never said that I would consider it to be a one-last item or not.
I said it might be possible to buy multiple wide lenses in the future for simultaneous use on several eggs.
