In shinyradar game, if from the 3 pokemon there isn't a shiny one of any of the pokemon, does that mean that someone else got that shiny or that there aren't any shinies of that pokenmon nearby?

What do you mean exactly?
Currently there's a shiny Qwilfish and a shiny Hoothoot in the nearby.

I have a question/suggestion. In the Pokedex, when we use the search function, we have to find the generation the pokemon is in first. This is difficult and requires guesswork on my part, as I was trying to use the dex to sort my pokemon by generation (I know up to gen 2 pokemon....) and I found that I had to guess back and forth or use google. I was wondering if there could be a search function that gives us the Pokemon, and the gen.......like a regular search, scans the whole dex, comes back to you with information.

Also, we have to capitalize the name, and write out the whole thing, which may be difficult to get right if searching Burmy or Shellos for example.

If you can read this, you know how to read.

You can buy them, get them as "loyalty rewards" by logging in 5 days in a row, win them in the Golden Slot, or users can gift them to you :3 I'm not sure if there are other ways though :P Maybe they're in Sky Gifts too...

in the item shop, under the 'nuggets' tab:

"Nuggets are valuable items which you should spend wisely! They are obtainable through boxes, coming online very often and some other in-game activities.

You get your first explorer bag by completing your first set of Badges. All others can be found during rumbling missions.

And no that would not make too much sense. Since you equip Pokémon with it automatically when you send them to rumbling.
