So, the answer to this question is probably easy to find, but I don't find things well...
Ok, so the case for Game Chips can only hold 1000 Game Chips, right? So then how would you get Dratini, Mewton M. Meowth, and the legendaries from the Game Corner if you can only have 1000 Game Chips?

Your Game Chip case is unlimited. But there's a limit for buying Game Chips with Pokédollar (which is set to 1,000).
You need to win at Game Machines to be able to buy Dratini/Mewton etc.

Whenever you have less than 1,000 game chips, you are able to buy new ones with PD.

Hmmm, does it take a quantity of something or just doing something new? Because I'm pretty sure I've tried everything possible.

By the way, the reason I'm asking is because I've been trying to get this badge for a really long time with no luck. :( Guess I don't have enough good luck for it xD

I never told anyone how to get a certain badge. I always stated that it's forbidden to talk about quests.

Can you find starter Pokémon eggs at the Proffessor's lab?

I used to watch Pokemon with my daughter.
She helps me out with my account alot, since I don't really have the time to go on here.

i guess a similar question has been asked before but i feel somewhat unsure. I know that Event pokemon wont destroy the radar chain. Would it break my chain if I hatch a pokemon from the Game center? Since it says only Daycare and Lab it should be possible.
Just wanted to be on the safe side =/

I think this was asked before in another thread, but I never caught the answer.

So if you were breeding event pokemon, would the egg they make have the event egg's sprite or be a normal white egg w/ green spots?

They look like the white Egg with green spots until you accept them; once they are in your party, however, they get their normal appearance.
