went to a card show today, among other things i got an ETB and pulled a Starmie V (the one with Misty on it) :o it's probably the most expensive card I own right now

bruh preorders for new pokemon tcg items were completely non-existent when i checked an hour after launching and the asshole card shop owner i talked about in my last post has launched a membership club for his store where the only good tier is $30(AUD) per month

my city is pretty small/isolated in terms of capital cities in my country, so we don't have many card shops or shops dedicated to pokemon cards. One of the few shops in the city has a really awful owner who upcharges and refuses to negotiate, and personally insults people having negative experiences in the google reviews. Really makes me hate the pokemon and tcg community even more and I'm trying my best to avoid giving the guy business :/

Realised it's been 9 months since I started my Pyrite group and it's looking so good! Such a long way to go to 100 but all the gold shinies look so nice together

bruh i forgot how non-premium shiny hunting worked and hatched like 20 cottonee without activating the radar T_T

shooting for my student films is finally over, I feel the most functional I've felt in weeks. in pokemon-related news, I scored another 151 booster box from a local tcg store and got a god pack!! also learnt about card damage from binders so I gotta go get a ton of sleeves

wow i didnt know the dream level exp was only 1 exp per task. as it stands now it'd take me around a month to increase my level if i was completing every task per day, but that's very unrealistic. if i was completing the max. number of tasks i usually complete EVERY hour, it'll take me 50 days to level up. that's also an unrealistic number, so i took a generous estimate and said i could do at least 5 hours of half the tasks each day + 4 daily tasks, which would take 200 days
