Athena flitted along behind them, she probably looked ridiculous flying, but she rarely walked, she just wasn't used to it. Wait, would it be showing off? Or maybe flaunting the fact I am a lot less tired? She quickly landed and walked like a normal human being upon hearing Saiko's complaints.

Kendo didn't even manage to make Saiko blink, she had fully expected, and had been baiting someone to attack her. She smied smugly at Kendo. "Not gonna work big boy, steel enforced cranium and titanium enforced electroplated bones."

And then it happened. A bird landed on her shoulder, and Athena's wings flared open yet again. And knocked into Saiko this time. She mentally kicked herself for messing up yet again. What was it with her wings!? Admittedly, she'd never had to watch out for this before, there was never anyone around whenever she met a bird. But still!
