The rumbling could be coming from one of three islands. Dragbourne, Steelgate or Starfellae. And then the rumbling just stopped. The silence of Gearwatch was bone chilling, as it was usually bustling with activity. Seems everyone had stopped what they were doing to investigate the rumbling.

Theo breathed out a sigh of relief.

A few collective groans throughout the group. "Like I said earlier...don't shoot that thing. You're not in Glockhaven anymore, violence isn't always the answer out here-" Ivan said, being careful with his choice of words. He just didn't want to deal with this stuff but was being as nice about it as he could.

Athena attempted to silently retreat into the shadows. It didn't work as well as she'd hoped. Tripping on air and stumbling, she turned and sprinted the rest of the distance to her 'safe corner'. Guns were bad, bad, bad. And someone with no experience like her had no idea Kendo was just making a joke.

Oh phew. She'd thought... But just to be safe, Athena stayed in her 'safe corner' and watched everyone else cautiously, tense and ready to run at a moment's notice. Just in case.

Saiko huffed. "You won't kill me with that puny gun. I guarrantee you, I'll survive a shot even if you squeeze one off in my mouth, why don't you try it out?" Saiko leaned towards Kendo, prising open her mouth. "Go on, take the shot. Or do multiple, I'll live either way. I dare you."

Feeling the rumbling, Error was perturbed. Another island was falling... She hoped that it wasn't Wildden... Once the rumbling stopped, she decided on whether she would stay or go. Decision made, she walked closer to the group, using clipped voices to speak. "... going to go... adventure... search..."

Kass had mostly been sitting in a corner, flipping through the spellbook she had brought, with Alphonse still perched on her shoulder. Upon hearing the rumbling, she jumped a bit in surprise, Alphonse squawking from the sudden motion. Another island must be falling....... Please don't be Brewhagen or Starfellae... She sat there in silence, horrified at the thought of losing her home or the few people in Starfellae who regularly visited her stall when she was selling her potions there..

"Yeah. Everyone who wants to be apart of the search team, go outside and...talk, I guess." Ivan called, trying to get everyones attention. There was a hint of confusion in his voice, as he did not exactly know what the search team was searching for. None of them know.

Theo was the first one out. He prided himself on being early or being the first one to arrive, and patiently waited for everyone else, his tail calmly swaying as he tried to pinpoint where the rumbling had came from.

Athena ran out at full speed. Not that that was very fast. Or smart. She'd totally forgotten that it wasn't her winter wonderland that she was in, but a boiling hot city filled to the brim with people. Trying to generate some wind, she opened her wings and flapped them hard, relaxing as the soft breeze swirled around her.
