Noot, despite being a guide fairy, was not doing a very good job at
being a guide. His job is to help people find out where they need
to go, and this strange... place wasn't letting him do his own
job.
"At least I don't sense any shadow magic..." He said as Valerie
followed him. "Theoretically that means it's safe for Luma to come
out. No shadow magic to harm her.."
"Noot, we don't know who's behind this." Valerie reminded the guide
fairy. "Someone with powers stronger than shadow magic could harm
Luma. I'm not failing my job, even in this new world."
"Fair fair." Noot replied, lookin around. "Guess more walking
around until we find the exit... if only that was as easy as
detecting shadow magic..."
Lucinda walked behind the others, not bothering to introduce
herself. She turned into a cat at times when the passageway is
hardest to move through. Avoiding any contact or speech with the
others, she made her own way without conversation. She summoned a
ball of pure light in front of her to guide her through, the
passage was dark and kind of humid. Whenever she was in human form,
she would have her enchanted silver (I made that up :3) sword in
her hand for any protection against any sort of monster that came
their way.
"... you're no fun..." Cass mumbled, sticking their tongue out at
Kendo. Well. Who were they supposed to follow in? They didn't want
to be lonely. And honestly, their dragon talked way too much, so
going on by theirself wasn't an option. And nobody really seemed to
like socializing.

Wott was still hanging around on Valerie's hands. Having taken a
different gate than the others, it meant she, Wott, and Noot could
talk and do whatever they wished.
How come Wott was allowed to sleep all day, yet she couldn't?
Well, they didn't have anyone else to follow, and he was offering...
"...oui." They muttered and scurried behind Kendo. Let's just
hope he knows what he's doing. I mean, he seems like he does...

"I wonder if there's a way to cheat this.." Noot suggested, looking
up at one of the walls. "Like can we fly up to find the exit, break
a wall, ask the walls for help..."
Valerie knocked on a wall. "Mr wall can you tell us where to go?"
She asked, sarcastically. "No Noot, a maze that tells you where the
exit is is a bad maze and the creator should be punished."
As the groups proceeded on, a chill came across the labyrinth. The
sun had disappeared, leaving the twists and turns of the paths
completely dark. It started to get colder... and colder...
Kendo shivered slightly, as he continued walking, the fire burning
bright in his hand.
Cass didn't seem cold. In fact, they gained energy when the sun was
down and the stars were glowing. They gave off a faint but
noticable glow in the dark.

"Did this place suddenly become Shiverchill or what?" Noot asked as
Wott woke up from the freezing temperatures. Storm was weak to ice,
so this sudden drop in temperature was not being nice to the poor
Storm bat, who retreated inside Valerie's jacket.
"Guess the maze is being mean now." She muttered, summoning fire at
the end of her staff. "Luma would be a great help here.. if we
could trust this place."
Kendo went back to walking forward. Every time he reached a fork in
the road, he simply went to the right path. He hadn't gotten
anything wrong so far, so he just continued trekking onward.
Luma's amulet glowed faintly, a warm feeling emitting from it.
"No Luma, we don't know what's watching us. It's too dangerous for
someone like you to be roaming." Valerie reminded the dragon
inside. "But I appreciate the warmth."
Wott decided shooting lightning at a wall was fun. It made a fun
noise, and this maze couldn't do anything to stop him :D
Lucinda shivered at the cold, she looked around at Kaori who she
was following and pulled her cloak hood over her head. Surely the
tunnel should lead them somewhere soon. She avoided the cobwebs and
other insects crawling over the ground and walls and carried on.
Her ball of light illuminating the path in front
"...fine." Oh, how they would have loved to ramble on about
themself. Cass found silence awkward, especially in this situation
they were in. Il semble vraiment confiant...

Amon looked at the others, before turning away uninterested, it was
clear that this world was "Earth" atleast not Ancient Earth. If
this was a hidden planet in the cosmos, then would these peoples
world also be in the cosmos.
Thinking that there was so much mystery that hasn't been uncovered,
Amon was completely when the others entered the gate. Tsk'ing for a
moment, thinking that humans are truly impatient, he looked through
his worm of time, to see others perspectives, to whether he should
follow or not.
Making a small image of a map of the labyrinth in 'his' mind.
Before letting out another worm of time, to secretly crept to the
North Gate before 'he' himself went to the South Gate (is there
one? if not will change-)
Athena wrapped her wings around herself tighter, effectively making
a feathery blanket of sorts. She didn't have any winter gear, apart
from a tiny heater that only ran for five hours at a time. That was
saved for emergencies.
She didn't really mind suddenly being dumped into a maze of doom,
it was quite different from the monotonous nature of 'home', and a
lot prettier. And no one would care if some random street rat just
disappeared off the face of the earth. Death was commonplace, and
everyone who had a single working brain cell knew that they were
going to experience it sooner of later, might as well have some fun
before it happens.
The sound of an earthquake rang in her ears, and the walls around
her began to move, slowly but steadily.
Ah, a familiar sight. But now was not the time to reminisce her old
days of devouring human after human.
She turned back. It looked like almost everyone had gotten up and
gone into a gate.
