Eris was surprised when one of the nymphs gave her a basket like the other Evers. She wasn't used to such kind treatment. She thanked the nymph in question and went along the treeline to eat. She was also surprised at the food within the basket. It was quite a lot!
She glanced down at her books, which she still held. She could always use her powers to grow the seeds, but everybody would see. She'd have to sneak into a garden, where nobody would harm the plants, and steal a pot.

Cath trailed her fingertips a long the railing of the bridge, a lazy smile on her face. She was glad she had at least had one friendly interaction. Kendo seemed decently evil. The jury was still out on whether he was:
Type 1: Doom and Gloom: traditional garden variety villain, morose, no sense of humor or style, uses some ingenuity
Type 2: Fire and Brimstone: cultured and honed manical laugh, dramatic at times, manipulative to serve a malicious end goal
Type 3: Angel and Devil: Pretty faced, friendly facade disguising backstabbing tendencies, engages in petty villainy
Her money was on type 2 disguised as type 3.
