Theo listened in on the various conversations, feeling an odd mixture of sad, mad and regret. Maybe I can just go back to sleep... And wake up in my own bed. Yeah, this is all just a weird dream my mind created...Right?

Athena wasn’t particularly satisfied with the answer, but the ‘guides’ didn’t seem to know anymore or want to share anymore. Not that going home was of particular concern to her, she didn’t really want to go back to the world where everyone looked at her weirdly and no one let her do what she really wanted.

Athena knew that the boy, Neo, she had just spoken to was worried. Not that approaching him again would help. But still, why couldn’t people be smarter and actually tell her what was wrong. Even the servants at home were hesitant to ask when they needed a leave to take care of their family members or money for the education of their kids. She pretty much said yes to everything, unlike her mother. But still she always had to ask them what was wrong first. Why couldn’t people get the message that she doesn’t bite and is very willing to help them!?

"Nobody? No more questions?" He asked. He could tell most of the group was nervous. Theo's hand went up for a second, but he put it back down quickly. He seemed to be contemplating on whether or not to ask his question. Mr Gabriel noticed him and also noticed his hesitation. He smiled at Theo, but didn't pressure him to ask.

Neo didnt trust easy. He didn't trust anyone here. Expecially not Athena. She earned her way up? Bull. She used her powers to make her way up. Neo had spent years on the streets, fighting to live in the harsh conditions of the slums. What had anyone with money ever done? They were too busy living their luxurious lives to even bother with the slums.

Thankfully, the one girl didn't notice her flame yet, so she let it continue to warm her. Kitty looked between the snarky boy and the rich girl with curiosity. She felt too shy to introduce herself, and she was pretty sure the boy, wouldn't like her very much. She didn't come from a rich family like the other girl, but she often used her singing as a way to make money, so she always had enough, even if just barely.
