There's happens to be two, the Totodile line as I love how overly energetic and extremely happy (like, my dude is way too happy for this world!) and it charming smile, plus I absolutely die for its little dance in the anime and it's cry making it so much better, and Feraligatr has such a cool design for an alligator base creature.
And then there's the Quaxly line has actually at first it was my least favorite and the one that I did not intend to pick, but that's before I saw Quaquaval as this Pokemon oozes with charm and personality, which in my opinion we haven't got from a Pokemon in a looong time. But not to mention it's one of the few and only times where a Pokemon model looks alive and moving, seeing how it doesn't actually stand in place and does a dance for its idle animation, and how it runs is so unnecessary but yet I love it at the same time!

Picking anything to place on top is real hard, but I'd probably have to go with Venusaur.
