Rosii froze.

They stared at her as she left. They couldn't tear their eyes away.

What'd... she mean?

They finally ripped their gaze away, dropped to the ground, and tore off, leading patterns in the mud. No- no no- But the words wouldn't leave their head.

No matter how long they tried to leave them within the rainwater and dirt beneath their feet.
to be aesthetic or not to be aesthetic that is not a question because I am not aesthetic at all and nor is this signature

Muffin just watched the entire thing play out, she's not one to intrude on others and this seems to confusing to deal with.

At the cafe, Ruby was trying to bake what she saw Sprinkles did when she first talked to her.

Zane sat at a table a bit far from the others. He wanted to try to be near them but after that incident, he was hesitant.

"I hope to see you around again! I'll even bake you some yummy cakes!"

Her tail twitched happy as she lifted her head. "Hey Sprinkle, I'm finished!" Ruby glanced back at the pastry she made with an excited look.

"I'm good without anything." Zane replied, lifting his head to Kimika. "I don't feel too hungry right now."

"I hope to see you around again! I'll even bake you some yummy cakes!"

Luther staggered back several steps. "Hey, watch it!" The Pokemon before him said sharply. Luther looked up, surprised-

Oh.

It was a Pumpkaboo, scowling from ear to ear. "I'm busy! Get out of my way, and stay there!" She jerked around him, her eyes scanning the Pokémon sitting there. Luther, feeling a little sub-conscious, stepped to the side. "Where'd that idiot go...?"



Rain flurried, casting enormous shadows of precipitation over the landscape. Through the grey fog, a small form pushed through, tripping and stumbling over every step, their feet catching within the mud. They blinked, attempting to see through the mist-

Their foot caught on the mud, and the Oddish slipped, head-first, landing in the wet earth. They didn't move. Their form shook... Slowly, they peeled themself upwards... leaves bristling atop their head...

Something was out there. Something...

They looked wildly about themself- but only the wind answered them. Whistling, blowing through the branches of trees, a faint wail, a piercing keen-

The creaking of wood...

Rosii gave a cry of terror-

And then their world was enveloped in black.

Luna called Kimika over to there table. "Can we just get something warm to drink? Like tea, or hot water?" He said. "Kim's over here freezing."

Kim had watched Rosii go. She had felt a little sad; all of this was her fault. She was just so obsessed with a guy. Too obsessed. Sure, she loved attention, but that was probably from the lack of attention her family gave her in the past. If Kim could even call them family.

Willow smiled at Luna and Kim. Glad to know he's not hooking up with that idiot girl, who's craving attention every second of the day.

Isla's gaze caught on Zane. It hardened. "Hey!" she called. "What's the big idea, leaving me behind like that?" She stormed towards him.

Luther jumped to the side, letting her pass. He watched everyone, bewildered. What's with everyone's temper today? he wondered.

Willow glanced over at Isla. She smirked. Inspiring fear. Why, I bet deep down she had a tragic backstory, i bet deep down she's a little soft.

Luna, finally gathering up his common sense to ask the most logical question he could, asked "Who did this to you?"

Kim stared at Luna, wide eyed. She almost put up 5 fingers, but hesitated. She shook her head.

For plots sake time skipe to trial, The Gourgeist was held by chain to a pole. The Queen was about to make her decision "The defendant is... Not Guilty. .." the entire crowd was cinfused including Muffin, the queen gave her explaination "If you were threatened to do action then its you're not guilty, but the one who threatened you is... That's all I'll say." Her decision didn't settle well with the Royals of Wild and Hearth Kingdom who were watching from vip seats... Poke on discussed even some of her guards stiffened and grunted... Muffin felt confused and relieved all at one. On one hand they were a killer, but the other they were a mother to egg...
After the trial Muffin returned the Egg to the Gourgeist, the ghost grass type then handed something to her...

Muffin saw Zane and began walking to them, they bumped into someone though, it was the Prince! “Ah! Sorry Prince! I didn’t see you!” The Eevee shushed her “Shh Mom and the guards don’t know I’m here!” She tilted her head “What are you doing?” “Looking for clues, she didn’t shed a tear when dad died and now she allows the killer to get away… I’m extremely confused.”
