It was the perfect place to start their new life. A large tunnel, big enough to fulfill what they needed hidden away inside the Hidden World. A sanctuary for humans and dragons to live together, existing in harmony. The tunnels seemingly stretched all across the world, allowing easy access to those who knew the entrances. These people decided to call the land "Whispering Tunnels" after the Whispering Deaths that helped build them, and they call themselves the people of Trygve, for that was the name of their village's founder.

Here life is lived differently, while humans and dragons live in place it is unlike Berk. Dragons are held above humans, the humans act as their guardians, protecting them with their lives. Humans and dragons form a bond from birth, and it’s theorised that their bonds extend from even before birth. The humans swore an oath several generations ago to protect the dragons, and they still take their jobs very seriously. It is rare for a dragon to die before their human partner, but when it happens a form of madness overcomes them. It is like a part of their heart and mind is torn out, leaving nothing but emptiness. For all those inflicted with their madness, they are under heavy guard and not allowed to leave the Hidden World for their own safety.

It has been about seven generations since the underground village was formed, and strange things have been happening in the town. Buildings set aflame in the middle of the night, people found missing, priceless heirlooms stolen. This put the people in a panic, but it would never compare to the betrayal they had felt just in the last week. Somebody had shown outsiders into the tunnels. Such a thing was against their laws, to keep the dragons safe. In their attacks, many people died. They have vowed to find the person responsible, and dispose of them.

2. Unlike in my last HTTYD roleplay, hybrids are not allowed, and some dragons I may not accept (mostly nightfuries)
3. Be kind please
4. There is no password as there aren't many rules, but this doesn't mean you shouldn't read them
5. Don't kill other characters without permission
6. If you want to sidetrack the main plot for whatever reason, talk to me about it first.
