Winter went closer to his friend, curious and a little confused, but stood right in front of him, staring at the Riolu. "What's up?" He wasn't sure how to judge Emerald's expression, he was no psychic type, he couldn't read minds.

He got Winter to sit down in front of him. He pulled him into a deep hug and he sat there nuzzling him for a while until....

He had kissed him on the cheek. “Thank you for being my friend...I...really appreciate all the fun times you have given me, and I hope we can create more memories here.”

Winter's ears went down and he blushed, stiff now. "Emerald..." He stayed silent for a bit, completely flustered. "I hope so, too. I love you." He meant that, too. He hoped that this would be the island paradise he'd been looking forward to, and things were looking up now that he had Emerald here.

Emerald smiled and snuggled in. “I’d forgotten how nice and soft your fur was...” He sat there for a moment before he slowly stood up, looking for a way to defuse the moment. “Why...why don’t you try on that costume?” He said with a grin slowly spreading across his face

Winter undid his cape. "Good idea." Folding it and laying it beside the bubble, he left Emerald for a second and opened the box, revealing the rainbow cape and the long rainbow replica of Zacian's blade. "Which one?" He turned his head back. 'Roran's or Zacian's?"

Winter reached for Roran's scarf replica and put it on first. It was thin and ribbon-like more than a scarf, designed to flow in the wind and look dramatic. He tied it around his neck a few times so it would fit, he then looked back up at Emerald. "How's it look?"

In Ernte, it was coming close to morning. Rantaro managed to get some rest but his top concern was the comfort of his fellow group of people. He would wait for the others to wake up

Arvek nodded. He had slept quite well and was glad since he knew that he would need all the rest he could get if they were going to track down Tapu Bulu and battle it.

Xin woke up soon after Arvek. She opened her eyes and stretched, ready for what the day would bring. She noticed Rantaro looking at her with a bit of concern. "Is something wrong?" She asked with a slight tilt of her head.

"Tapu Bulu..." Arvek muttered softly. Now he had even more of a motive to help return Tapu Bulu to normal. He hadn't been in Ernte that long but it felt like this had been his him for years and a whole factory being destroyed like that he knew would be a hit to some of Ernte's productions.
