Hiraeth seemed to know his way perfectly. The path was well-lit
with the street lamps, but the cobblestone was old and crumbling in
some places, making it difficult to walk if you didn't watch where
you were going. He didn't stumble, didn't hesitate at turns, and
didn't even look nervous when a loud screech or howl would erupt
from another part of the town. Hiraeth just continued on as
steadily as ever until they reached a house. It didn't look any
different from the ones they had passed earlier, save for a light
being in a few of the front windows. Nonetheless, he knocked and
only had to wait a second before Lee answered.
"What exactly have you been doing for the past fifteen minutes? You
know what, I rather know where the dog is. Or why you have a little
pack of humans following you." She said, using her second set of
clear eyelids to blink so she didn't lose eye contact with
Hiraeth.
"Well, can I come in first?"
"Fine. Everyone in." Lee replied, holding the door open a little
further just as Hiraeth hopped inside the brightly lit foyer.
