Mel turned scarlet and hid her face in her sweatshirt. "Oh.. Uh. That's nice!" She laughed awkwardly, barely peeking out of her sweatshirt.

"This is disgusting." Riu groaned. "Please, she's a child."

Tiger sighed and looked away slightly. Great things might be awkward now... he thought in partial fear. He then shook his head clear and sighed. "Uh anyway...I-I think I'm going to go get that haircut now" he said quietly. Attempting to change the subject and leave the area.

"Sorry Riu" Cyndaquil said for his trainer.

"Probably a good idea." Mel grinned, waving, fighting back against the awkwardness. "Don't die on the way there-- Wait, do you even know where you're going?" She asked in amusement.

"He's gonna get lost in the biggest city in Kalos." Riu snickered.

Victor didn’t need any ferries to Kalos- he had been already there since the previous year. He was watching the reunion unfold first, before going in himself.

“I hope everyone knows who I am.” Victor said, entering the group. His entire team were out of their Pokeballs, happy at the reunion except Ninja and Aegislash, who didn’t know the others.

A young girl almost knocked down Victor. “Hey! Let me guess. You’re Mel! And you’re Tiger! A couple in making! And she’s Mira, and this is Ivan, who tried to kill you once! Am I right? Am I right?” She asked, excited all in one rush.

Victor sighed.

Laura looked up at Victor. "Are you invisible now?" Then she turned to Mel. "He talks all the time about you all." She pointed at Victor, who was blushing slightly.

Mel slowly turned around, turning bright red again. "A what." She asked dryly, pulling her sweatshirt up over her face again, effectively covering her entire head. "Wait, hang on--" She put her arms out in front of her, moving forward. She managed to find Victor (after patting almost everybody's faces), patting his shoulder. "Nice to see you again, Victor." She said cheerfully, voice slightly muddled.

Riu was on the ground having an crisis over the how he still refused to believe Mel was a teenager, because that made him old too.

"So... these are the people you told me about." Laura observed.
"Yes. And now everyone probably thinks I talk about them with you all day long." Victor sighed.

Tiger sighed and laughed. Akio looked like he was going to punch Victor next and Tiger quickly returned the lucario. "I see you haven't changed much" He mumbled to Victor in embarrassment. He was looking at Akio's healball in an attempt to not look at Victor.

Mel smiled. "I knew I recognized him. I'm glad he's happy now." She yawned. "To be honest, I don't think he liked Riu very much, so I'm glad he gets along with you." She shrugged and looked around. "Kalos, huh? Seems more.. More french."

“Wait... When did Mel give you a Lucario? After I left?” Mira asked, tilting her head. She shook the thought. “Dumb question. Nevermind. Uh... Yeah. Definitely a lot more French,” Mira snickered. “And to think I was just getting used to speaking Japanese again.”

(We just all met up in Kalos, so you could kind of run into us?)

Z walked past the group with her Zoroark, shadow, and was having what seemed like, to the group, a one sided conversation with the Pokémon. She stopped in her tracks when she finally seemed to notice the group and their Pokémon. Her blood red eyes seem to be examining the Pokémon and their trainers. Her mouth grew to a small smile and her gaze grew soft. “More trainers who love their Pokémon...” She said to Shadow, not looking away from the group “seems Kalos has a lot of them.” She cooed her voice sweet and quiet but loud enough for the trainers to hear.

Mel made a face. "Uh, no, I gave him a Riolu, and it evolved." She grinned at Mira, crossing her arms. "Welcome to Kalos, the only place I'll ever be able to use french and have people sorta understand me." She snickered.

"You are such a gremlin." Riu sighed.

"I speak only the truth, and--" She broke off, spotting a trainer looking at them. She tilted her head in confusion and fell silent.
