They once were original Pokémon but became the way they were because Arceus requested their assistance and gave them it's blessing.
You are one of these Guardians and it is your job to guard the Pokémon.

Draco's mother and father were captured by poachers when he was still a young Cyndaquil. His brother and sister did not get caught but when he was a Quilava, they were killed. Draco doesn't blame himself that it was because of him, they died but he can sometimes get a little emotional when they are brought up.
Personality (Optional):
Draco is quite a happy person. He kind and friendly but is also a surprisingly energetic and happy for someone who has to deal with poachers who could potentially kill him, fellow guardians, or other Pokémon. But luckily, he knows when to be serious and when he is allowed to act like a child. He is also quite smart as he tends to use different forms of scare tactics before resorting to combat, and even then he is smart about what he does. He uses his move's to take advantage, such as smokescreen to blind the poaches or fire spin to trap them in.

History:
"A group tried to use scientific means to make Magnezone evolve,
but their efforts ended in failure." -Pokedex
Silver was one of many Magnezones used in experimentation, the goal was to force a Magnezone to evolve. But the project was unsuccessful, thus closed down. Before that though, he managed to escape captivity, and fled. After escaping, he traveled, and decided to stay in Viridian Forest for as long as he is needed.
Personality:
Quite robotic in nature, and doesn't display many emotions. He is a very docile soul, and will be submissive when needed. He's a very intelligent being, and will use his intellect to his advantage. Although at times he may come off as unsmiling, that is just his demeanor. Can be very sarcastic, although he tends not to notice it, you may need to point it out to him.
Strategy is the key to victory. He doesn't prefer close combat, but uses a great distance to his advantage and will take as long as possible to ensure victory.
An example may include using his Barrier attack to provide weaker pokemon cover, which he escorts them to safety. Or using Magnet Rise to levitate in the air, while shooting Thunderbolts and Flash Cannons at aggressors.

Draco was perched up on a tree branch, looking like he was ready to pounce. Draco had been on edge lately. There haven't been many poachers recently and this disturbed him, causing him to be on the edge more than usual.

Silver was scouting the area, looking for enemies. He had recently observed that there have been less poaching attempts lately, and he was sure he wasn't the only one with that conclusion. He ducked over a small tree branch and walked along the forest grass below his feet. Nothing so far.. I suppose I should report back.. the thought crossed his mind. He decided to act on this thought, and slowly turned around to look for another member to report it to. I'm surprised we haven't agreed upon a leader, oh well. he shoved that thought to the back of his mind, and mentally told himself never to think of it again.
"This is so boring." he quietly muttered, while he wanted a bit of action, that would mean there would be casualties. And they couldn't risk that, they couldn't risk pokemon lives. That's not what being a guardian was about. As he was wandering throughout the forest he spotted Draco, sitting in a tree. He seems to anxiously anticipate the enemy's attack. If they even make one.. he analyzed "Draco." he called out to him "I didn't spot anything nearby. Do you think they're planning an attack, but on a larger scale?" he questioned, staring up at the boy. The boy in the tree.

She would be a bully at times but only to those she felt threatened by. When she changed into what she is now she thought she could become the ultimate bully, but for good.
Personality (Optional):She is really mean and hates to lose. She will at times act like a child and break off some twigs from the trees near her. When she finds someone stronger then her she will boldly go up to them and start to attack to try and look stronger.

Other (Optional):She might seem like a flat out bully but she really does care for those weaker then her and tends to put the safety of a ingured Pokemon above her safety.
