He hugged her back softly and kept her close to him. This really
was a touching moment. A very touching moment. Would this mean that
they were dating now? I mean, it was a mostly likely 'yes' answer.
Duh.
Amy smiled snuggling close. "I will stay with you for as long as
you keep me." Amy said listening to Jake's heart it was very
calming. She never wanted to get up from this position. She could
fall asleep like this. She felt like she was on top of the world,
and that nothing else mattered.
Evelyn jumped, and smiled at Alicia. "Oh, of course! I have to go
get some breakfast anyway!" She said, smiling. Max looked at
Alicia, giving her a lazy smile. Evelyn slipped away.
Kanaya whined a bit her her sleep, tail thrashing. She curled up
more, letting out a whimper and a soft cry.
Alica grabbed her purse and strung it across her left shoulder.
"I'm sorry to disturb you and your girlfriend." Alica hissed
slightly before storming off gripping her purse strap tightly she
was on the verge of tears.
"Huh...? Girlfriend?" Max said softly, watching her go. He put his
head in his hands. He was too tired to do anything or process
anything. Evelyn came back, sitting across from Max. "Who was that,
Maxie?" She asked, nibbling on her bacon. "A friend. Alicia." He
said softly, still staring at where the girl had stormed off.
"She's pretty... You should ask her out." Evelyn purred, tail
swaying. Max yelped, shaking her head. "N-no! She's popular and
flirts with everyone... I doubt she likes me like that..." He
sighed.
Jake smiled and nodded. "I won't let go unless it is absolutely
necessary..." He said softly. This was such a sappy love story, it
was nuts.
Rosa took notice to this and leaned down. "There there..." She
whispered. "Nothing bad is going to happen... It's only a dream."
She continued to stroke Kanaya's hair. Rosa had never really slept
much, due to the fact that she was a vampire and didn't need much
sleep. She was always up and ready for anything that could be
thrown her way.
Kanaya calmed a bit, and her eyes blinked open. She looked up at
Rosa, rubbing her eye. "Guten morgen...? She said softly, her voice
returning to her native language.
Alica watched Max quietly she felt so jealous that the heat in her
limbs had started to scorch the door and floor that she was
touching. It made her so mad she couldn't believe max was such a
player, and he was the only guy she truly liked to!
Amy blushed a deep red. "What are we going to do now?" She knew
that they were probably dating, but she didn't know what couples
did honestly. Or how she would break the news to her brother.
Alica was walking ahead of Max in the hallway she had no idea where
she was going. She couldn't hide her tears anymore, and they began
to fall to the floor leaving light purple stains on the floor.
Max noticed Alicia in front of him, and almost slipped on the
tears. "Ah!" He yelped, grabbing the wall. His heart was pounding
and his stomach did a flip.
Alica turned around quickly her eyes were solid black with purple
pupils she was half shifted from being upset. Her purple tears
stained her face and her eyeliner was messed up she was truly a
mess, but yet still beautiful despite her sadness. She just looked
at Max. "Did you come here to tell me never to bother you again?"
He voice cracked between sadness and raspiness her heart was on her
sleeve now because of her pain.
"N-no! Alicia... What's wrong...?" Max asked, genuine concern and
worry filling his eyes. He tilted his head, and blinked. He was
scared and worried for the girl. His heart sped up, almost skipping
a beat.
"You should already know what's wrong! I didn't think you had a
girlfriend I actually liked you!" She hissed tears still falling
from her face. She didn't care if he knew now because she thought
it didn't matter now.
"I... I don't have a girlfriend, Alicia! What are you talking
about?!" Max said, getting a bit distraught. Tears filled his eyes
from confusion and frustration. He was always such a crybaby... He
shivered.
"That girl isn't your girlfriend?..." Alica said her tears stopped
and her body becoming less tense. "I just thought I didn't stand a
chance.." She said quietly despite her attitude she was very self
conscious of herself. And not many people knew that at all.
Alica walked up to Max and gently took him into her arms hugging
him close. "I'm sorry I assumed things please don't get upset. I
just like you and I got jealous. I'm really sorry.." she said
trying to comfort him she didn't like seeing him upset.
Max nodded, sobbing into the girl's shoulder. He was shorter than
her by a few(maybe five) inches. His body shook as he clung to her
like a little kitten.
Alica held him close. She petted his head gently. She guided him to
a bench, and set down with him. "Did I make you upset?" She still
liked Max even if he was shorter than her height didn't matter to
her.
