Fortune must be toying with fate.." He mused, the Ninetails a bit worried that the Articuno might subject him to harsher treatment because of his species.
Soren: //without hesitation he went back up to his throne as quickly as possible. He had to slow down though, since he was behind a handful of the other gods aswell
Rose had been speed walking towards them the entire time she saw the events being played out. While another girl was beating up the creeper of a man, Rose knelt down to the girl, making sure she was fine.
With a smile on her face, she spoke up, "Are you alright, hun?"
"Over there." Ein pointed out a specific place in the crowd of mortals to their godly twin.
"On it," Akash nodded. The two stood up in unison and linked arms before walking behind Akash's throne and disappearing. The pair reappeared in the crowd near Elva. Ein immediately detached themselves from their brother's side and went over to Elva. They gave a silent thanks to the others at the scene who had rushed to help.
"I knew I'd find you here," Ein stated with a smile as they extended their hand to the Altaria girl on the ground. "I believe this is the first time you've met me? The name's Eindride." And you're Elva Lange. It's been a while, Elv, it's nice to see you again.

Grimoire scowled as she watched the scene. "What the hell? Does every drunkard really lose so much sense? To attack someone on today, of all days-" she said, seething, but trailed off as she noticed Morta stomping over. "Ohhh, not good for you, buddy-" she murmured, actually taking a few steps back as Morta passed by. "Yeah, not good."
(Rip I hope I'm not being too dramatic ;<;))
(everyone's posting so fast I have to edit this so much omg XP)
Morta stepped back in surprise as Ellenor interrupted her threats. "Ah, I.... was I truly being that bad?" She murmured, glancing around at the frightened mortals around. She immediately felt herself engulfed in shame, and she hung her head. "I see..." she murmured, taking a dew, deep breathes to calm herself. She turned to the mortal girl- obviously an offering, seeing her this closely. She felt a stab of guilt, at the girls shaken appearance. She took a few steps towards her, but made sure to keep a comfortable distance. "I am so very sorry, Miss. I did not take into consideration how upset you must've been, and have probably only frightened you worse with all my shouting. Please accept my apology." She said quietly, bowing her head a bit before she stepped back. "I believe, it might be better if I just returned to my place." She murmured, looking unhappily at the crowd around her. "Oh, I've made such a mess.." she immediately started walking back to her own seat, and sighed, letting a bit of her facade fall.
Grimoire hummed quietly, boldly making her way up to the center of attention- the girl who'd been attacked. "Yo, heard you needed somethin' for that nasty lookin' scrape? I have a few healing salves in my bag, if you want it-" she stated, kneeling down to get a better look at the injury. "Sheesh, must'a been runnin' pretty hard to get one this nasty-" she whistled, standing back up. "I get that you probably don't feel like you need anythin' for lil scrape, but they can get wicked infected if you just leave it. Maybe get one of them gods to heal it?" She suggested, shrugging. "That's just my two cents, at least."
"Ah, of course. I'll do that." Ein crouched down to inspect Elva's knee. It wasn't too bad, easily fixed. While they weren't Xerneas, Ein always had their own way of healing injuries. "Now, this might feel a bit strange, and it also might hurt a bit, but only as much as it hurt when you scraped it." They raised a hand so the palm was a few inches away from the scrape, and focused on turning back time in the small area around her hurt knee. It would create a small paradox, but the natural time flow would eventually correct it and smooth it over. Elva's skin sewed itself back together as time worked in reverse. Even the fabric of her tights was patched as well, since time affected it as well. When the work was done, Ein stood up and gave Elva a smile. "Good as new."
Akash gave Ein a playful nudge. "Hey Ein, didn't you say that she was your w-" His words were interrupted when Ein gave him a much sharper blow to his gut using their elbow. "-offering. I was going to say offering," Akash wheezed, but had a grin on his face while Ein gave another smile, polite but also slightly forced at the same time. "Don't mind him," Ein said.

Nikola was startled at how much had occurred in such a small amount of time. From the creepy dude to the goddesses to the quiche she was eating being knocked onto the ground, it was like a miniature emotional rollercoaster. She sighed as she looked down at the ruined pastry, shaking her head. "I just wasn't ready for the responsibility." She said to no one in particular. With a disappointed sigh, she returned to her position nearby the other offerings to the God of Death as she awaited the ceremony's beginning.

The solo life was more comforting to her, as making friends was a bit harder for her. Rose crossed her arms over her chest, an indifferent look on her face. After all of the events that had and we're going to happen, she was just ready to meet her god and face whatever the future awaited.
Morta chewed on her lip as she returned to her place. She really wanted Xerneas to be here- he always knew what to say, and everyone loved him. "But it's just my luck that he decides that everyone else should get to know me.." she murmured, slightly cursing her twin brother for not being here, for him going off to do something. "He's so irresponsible-" she grumbled, waiting for the rest of the gods to gather around again.
(I might break my 4 character rule... just 2 make xerneassss))
Grimoire laughed as she watched one of the brothers heal the girl's wounds. "Guess you both are gods, huh-" she laughed, kneeling to check the girl's, Elva-, leg. "Good as new, missy!" She laughed again, before she suddenly stiffened at the mention the god's titles. "A-ha, well, looks like I should leave y'all to go, do your thing-" she laughed, though it was a bit more forced. "Yep- should get going. Byeee-" she said, quickly turning to leave.
"All the time in the world," Ein said to Elva with a wink, and kissed the back of her hand.
"Literally or figuratively?" asked Akash.
"I'll let you figure that out on your own. Well, I suppose we'd better get going, the ceremony is about to start."
"And somebody had better cheer up Morta before she kills something," Akash chimed in cheerily.
"Well, I'll be seeing you soon, Elv." The two of them linked arms and Ein waved farewell to Elva as they began to walk away. They disappeared into the crowd and soon reappeared at their seats.
"Heyyy, Morta. Thanks for helping us, er, sort that out. Ya did good," Akash tried to lighten the death goddess's mood while he sat on his throne with intricate circular patterns. Ein took his seat designed to look like circuitry as they waited for the festival to officially begin.
"Haven't seen you that happy in a while, bro."
"Do shut up," Ein muttered, but his face did flush slightly at the comment.
