The spare part was a coil, built in to power the school's induction power. The coil has to be built in and then get powered by the magnetic field of the main coil, which wasn't electric enough. It needs an electric shock. At least a Shock Wave.

The power went back online and meanwhile, Natsu returned and ran to her locker, taking some medicine. She took her normal dosis and calmed down.
