"Ellie wake up, I wanna show you something." Aubrey says shaking her sister's sleeping body slightly. Ellie groans and flips over onto her side. Aubrey smiles and walks back over to the window, watching the sun rising slightly. Ellie crawls over to Aubrey and snuggles into her lap. "Isn't it beautiful?" Aubrey asks motioning towards the way the sun is rising near the few remaining sky scrapers. The sun light dances off the broken glass on the streets and sprinkles the city with a feeling of hope.

Ellie and Aubrey stand up, stretching out slightly. "Pack up your stuff, we got to find food." Aubrey says, and, as if on cue, her stomach growls in approval. Ellie giggles slightly and shoves her sleeping bag into her backpack, following Aubrey down the stairs of the building. The two walk over to the closest store and walk inside, digging through shelves in search of food.

Ellie huffs and places her hands against her hips, then says, "Unless we can eat glass, it doesn't look like anything here." Meanwhile, Aubrey is digging through a pile of glass when she comes across a can of ravioli's "Holy crap! Ellie look what I found" She yells out in excitement, forgetting where she is. They hear the soft moans as every zombie in the area begins moving towards the shout of Aubrey. "Oops, we gotta run" Aubrey mutters, grabbing Ellie's hand and starting to run towards the forest, grabbing her gun quickly.

Panting, they keep running, almost making it into the forest when one gets to close for comfort. Aubrey sighs unhappily and pulls the trigger on her gun, shooting the zombie right in the head. It drops to the ground, just as more come towards them from what seems like everywhere. Aubrey speaks through jagged breaths, "I need you to help shoot." Ellie looks at her shocked, then shakes her head saying, "I can't do it!" Three more zombies get close and Aubrey shoots them down as the two run into the forest, dodging trees and branches, breathlessly.
