Certain people are always clamouring for Incineroar to be banned, so I think Incineroar must be the strongest pokemon.

Ditto. Have you every thought about Ditto being the strongest? Ditto can transform into any Pokemon.

@PinkCat222 invalid point it keeps it’s HP stat, meaning the Pokemon it transforms into is always stronger than Ditto when it comes to stats.

I think I've found the Pokemon that can beat anything on that list; The level 40 Houndoom from Inlet Grotto. I once started a new savefile just to check what it can do and it is able to crunch oneshot a level 100 Pokemon, that is also quad resistant to dark. I didn't try using a focus sash, but it most likely just breaks through it. That Houndoom is a dirty hacker.

Mew can beat Mewtwo. As a joke, most people consider Bidoof, but that was for a reason. Arceus had only a small amount of moves but once t uses judgement i guess you will DIE (never played Legends Arceus) Bidoof could learn all the moves from HMs. ALL. Sooo yeah, compared to Bidoof's vast amout of moves, Arceus is pretty pathetic-in a way (but it still remains the strongest 'mon).
