I got the message that I've reached the maximum amount of interactions on a day and I think it prevents you from interaction via clicklist.

At first I found out that you can still give a hug to an egg and feed a free berry to a Pokemon. I thought that this might have been this way so you can still complete dream shop tasks.

However a bit later I found out that when you click on the eggs and Pokemons individual, you can still interact with them.

This is not a bug. The limit is to prevent you from further mass-clicking via clicklists. Doing a couple of interactions here and there with individual Pokemon is fine.
