4. you can kill pokemon but dont kill other players unless asked to
5. no chooseing your grafts until i choose the pokemon your being grafted with
6. you can only have 2 types normal and flying dont count in this
7.only non evolved pokemon can be grafted (they evolve over time)
8. the password is graft
9. no ledgendary grafts unless your an elite ranger

People live in giant glass domes to stay safe from the monsters(pokemon). The rangers who are grafted with monsters protect the domes. long ago it wasnt always this way humans used to be able to control these monsters but forgot how over time and now fight them. the only mosters that are considered safe to keep are the eevees which are taken away when they evolve.

Downfall of the pokeball:(going to put these things like this)
1000 years ago all the pokeballs in the world failed to work and the pokemon were released and started fighting thier own trainers. Some pokemon remained loyal but in the end even those pokemon had attacked thier trainers. Leaving very little hope . (Then i have no idea where this part goes)
Mutations:
People begun mutating gaining pieces of thier own pokemon (no idea where in the 1000 year gap this is)
(Anyway ill add more later)
Plot:
you just got surgery done to get a graft and become a ranger after training. You will be trained in a gym based off of your type. and will be given an index(kinda like a pokedex fused with all the gear from the games), 2 voltorbs (and not sure what else will put later)
