(Apologies if this is explained somewhere else, I couldn't find anything using keywords)

I obtained a dark stone earlier, but when the first(?) question popped up, I chose 'truth' instead of 'ideals'. Afterwards, the stone disappeared from my inventory without anything replacing it, so I'm assuming I chose the wrong answer (which I honestly hadn't expected as a possibility; At worst, I thought it might be like the star piece, where your choice impacts what happens, but you still get something whatever you choose).

Considering I don't have infinite funds/legendary items to burn on trial and error, I'd like to know what the correct answers are here. Thanks in advance!

Light stone: choose truth
Dark stone: choose ideas

Otherwise the stone will disappear

Always choose to help wounded pokemon, not sure what happens if you won't, but better choose to help.
