The Hyper Beam shoots through the Zoroark and the fog returns. The Zoroark howls and the entire scene shifts. The setting is now barren with dead trees scattered everywhere. The Zoroark seems to be trying to disorient all of you.

Serene actually notices that miraidon was a baby. Mew was about to finish him for good when Serene jumps in front of ??? and got hit by the Hyper Beam. "Aaaaargh!!" Serene screamed. Mew's berserk turned off and he realized what he had done. He had almost killed Serene. Psy-Psy screamed at the sight of Serene losing her breath. Grey ran over to her and tried using a super potion that she had in her baggy.

“N-no… I feel a bit woozy.” Serene says. Her chest is bleeding. Suddenly she falls back. “WAAAAAGH!!! Grey said. She had accidentally fallen asleep behind Serene. There was now some 24-karat gold on her face (her tears dried and turned into gold) and she didn’t realize. “Phew.. I feel better” Grey said. “That’s good to hear, Grey. Let me put your eyepatch on.” Psy-Psy said as he put the baby-doll-eye eyepatch on her eye. Serene gets hit by the dragon beam and dies. “W-w-what?! Wake up, Kirlia!!!!!!” Psy-Psy said. “WHO DID THAT?!”

A ball flies out of nowhere in the illusion. More tennis balls fly over into what seems like a comfy dog bed but is actually the edge of a cliff.

Psy-Psy dodges 3 of them, but the 4th was a critical direct hit. “Aaaargh!” Psy-Psy said as he was sent flying backwards. “NOOOOO! PSY-PSY!” Grey screamed. Miraidon sees the 24-karat tears and gets greedy and tries to steal Grey.
