tried trading a shelmet and karrablast and they were in mine and the other persons party but they havent evolved

not sure what to do

You don’t actually have to trade one for the other to evolve one of them. How it works here is you just need to have the other one in your party when you receive the one you want to evolve. So, for example, if you have a Shelmet and a Pichu in your party, and you trade the Pichu for a Karrablast, then you’ll get an Escavalier in your party. Or, if you have a Karrablast in your party when you buy a Shelmet from the auction house, then you’ll get an Accelgor in your party.
