Overtop, light started to peek out from the top of the walls. The sun was coming up.

Kendo clenched his fist, the fire dissipating. With a green glow, the wound across his palm disappeared.

Kendo stopped. Once again, they were at a crossroads. One path lead downwards into a tunnel, while the other went upwards, climbing up and up, higher and higher.
