Kaori was in her cat form. Staying hidden in the shadows, she watched this with the creepy smile (AGAIN!) on her face. 'This is what life should be like!' she thought, and giggled very quietly. In fact, so quietly that her own cat ears couldn't pick it up.

The bell clanged as the door to the shop opened. In came Cath, dressed in a far more practical outfit, laptop bag slung over her shoulder.

"Hey Theo, Kendo!" She laid a few bills on the counter with a smile. "My usual Russian Tea, please."

She sat down at her usual table by the window. She liked this location. It was close enough to the counter to talk to the regulars, and had the perfect amount of sunlight to warm her up on the damp Seattle mornings.

Cath made eye contact with the Kaori-cat in the corner, and shared a private smile with the Neko. It seemed everyone was rooting for Keo.

It was never meant to be.

"Kendo! Glad to see that you're okay. Listen, I'm sorry about yest-" She pauses at the look Theo and Kendo exchange. She rubs her eyes sleepily, smiles, and walks over to Theo. "I need something to wake me up - I've got about three interviews coming up here shortly."

Cat Kaori purred, and smiled, revealing her tiny fangs. She walked around, and stopped at Kitty's feet to take a small catnap. :)
