Yeah, I understand that. I love that Zarude’s here, and the plushie is cute, but it’s really bad timing for my rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve been having a flare-up in my right hand that’s been a lot worse since the last SCS. And I have really bad luck with these things. Only managed to meet Shaymin four times, and it was here for over a month, so I’m just hoping that I’ll be able to get one Zarude egg and one Zarude plushie. I do wish Zarude would’ve had an event distribution like normal. I really dislike the Mega Arcanine, so it would’ve been cool to have Zarude distributed instead of that one.

Was super unlucky Shaymin event, this one is looking the same. Already over 10k lol

Personally I find my bad luck to be super demotivating. Saw Shaymin like twice and got so tired of trying I ended up not being very active after that.

I’m at almost 20k and no Zarude.

I think I averaged about 50k interactions for each Shaymin I encountered during that event.

I saw someone else say they got Zarude after 6k interactions.

Does Zarude have a chance of appearing with every interaction you do, or is it only a chance that occurs for every 100 interactions? I’m wondering if it would be more effective to do at least 100 interactions in a row, and also if longer chains raise the chances at all, or if it would be better to stop and check to see if Zarude has appeared so you don’t keep doing more interactions for nothing.

Edit: I’m up to almost 30k now, and still no Zarude. Just did 4K interactions in one chain tapping away while watching a horror movie. Zarude is one of my favorite Pokémon, so hopefully it won’t be harder to encounter than Shaymin.

Is it possible that I have a glitch that won’t let Zarude appear? Would not having cleared my cache prevent it? I remember having to do that for something on here before, but I haven’t done it since.
