Athena sighed. Hermes was right. Zeus's rules were firm, the mortals were to be left to their own devices. Guidance was allowed, but carefully monitored and restricted. Reasoning with him was even harder than reasoning with Dionysus sometimes, to rules wouldn't be changed anytime soon.
