Kitty flushed with annoyance and embarrassment. "Can I get past
please?" She shifted her viola case in her hand uncomfortably, her
guitar strapped to her back.
Kitty bit her lip, one of her fangs peeking out. She decided to
stop playing the whole "I'm innocent" game for a moment, as long as
no one else saw- This boy was getting on her nerves... and she kind
of liked it.
"And i'm just trying to leave." She said, staring him dead in the
face. "Why don't you be a good boy and move?" She unlit his
cigarette.
"Now, if I have everyone's attention..." The child begun walking
down the stairs, facing everyone and giggling. "I'd like to welcome
you all here!" She said, stopping briskly to dust off her dress.
"You all are a lucky bunch, born with some spectacular magic!" Some
children murmured in response.

Kitty snorted. "Maybe if you told me what 'this' is, I'd be more
willing to listen."
Oh God, Oh God, Oh God, Oh God!! I didn't mean to start a
fight! Kitty was getting frantic. If he still refuses, I'll
just hid in a closet for a few hours. She thought, restraining
fearful tears. She hardly heard the Headmistress.
One of the kids in the crowd spoke up. "Why did you take us? We
just wanna go home!"
The headmistress smiled. "Your home is here now. The guides should
have explained everything on the way. If they didn't, I'd like to
be...informed." She said with obvious hesitance. "Any other
questions before I move on? I don't want to leave you all confused
and scared."

Kitty turned around and slammed her palm against the wall next to
the annoying boy, pinning him against the wall. "Move." She said,
with a hint of a growl.
At the moment, all she really wanted was fresh air - it was cramped
in here. If he doesn't move, I'll act like I'm going to kiss
him. That'll make him move, right? I mean, that's what they do in
movies...
"I'm not nervous." To her own surprise, this seemed... true. It was
strange, being at someone else's mercy. Or at the least, she liked
taunting him. "Maybe I'm enjoying this." She stared him dead in the
face, a hint of a Chesiree grin.
