I support this! I have quite a few feeds that I want to remember, but always get pushed back by newer feeds, and I usually forget about them. This would help a lot with that!

I support and I also don't support. I think having one feed that you want kept is good, but no more than that. I found that the best way to keep feeds I really want to keep seen is to ONLY have those feeds. It took more than a week, but I went through all of my old feeds and deleted the pointless stuff. I know many users delete feeds after they're up for a bit. They do occasionally get pushed back, and having one pinned to the top of the list would be helpful to keep it from getting pushed down by sillier feeds.

One other suggestion (feel free not to take it) would be to make the pinned feed un-deletable. I HATE when I accidentally delete a feed I wanted to keep (it happened a few times during my mentioned feed-clean-out), so making the feed one has pinned unable to be deleted would help clumsy people like me. This would of course go away once it was unpinned.
