Will two White Basculin definitely breed more White Basculin? Or would they only produce regular Basculin that would need to have the Azure Flute used on them to turn White?

They should be able to breed White Basculin. I haven't tried it in Basculins specific case, but I did breed Hisui Growlithe, and I got Hisui Growlithe eggs
