Many minutes later, Jackie climbed out with the girl on her back, and Jeremiah climbed out with the boy on his back. The four were covered in ashes and dust. Jackie coughed. "Aaron, Junko, thank goodness you're here and alright!!" Jackie said and hugged the boy (Aaron) and the girl (Junko). The two siblings hugged their sister back. Jeremiah smiled at the scene. Lottie and Alexandria were surprised. Aaron and Junko were Jackie's siblings?

DD tilted her head with a frown. If Jackie knew these two, who's to say others that they knew weren't taken as well?? She pushed the thought aside.

"How did you guys get here too? I thought it was just me." Jackie frowned. "I don't know...we were trying find a way out then we saw each other and then we were caught in a fire moments later..." Aaron frowned. Junko frowned as well. "Who are these people?" Junko tilted her head. "That other boy is Jeremiah, and those three girls are Lottie, Alexandria and DD." Jackie said. Lottie stood close to DD once again, scared..

DD gently held Lottie's hand, giving her a kind smile to try to ease the girl's nerves. She was internally frowning, although another side of her was sneering...

Lottie smiled back weakly. "S-Sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable, I-I'm just...a little scared...and I can't thank you enough for saving me." Lottie blushed a little bit tried to push it down.

DD simply laughed it off. "It is perfectly understandable. Stay by me, and we'll find a way out somehow." She said with conviction. "Getting cozy with your playthings, are you~" She stiffened a little at the thought, but didn't let it show. Curses, she was active...

Lottie nodded. The group of 6 walked around the cave, fighting some monsters in their way.. hoping, once again, to find more people or an exit.

The group soon came across something, or rather, someone. A girl with white hair and appearing to be of Japanese descent. Wearing a kimono nearly the same shade of white as her skin and a purple pink sash bow, she was unconscious, breathing lightly. To the amazement and concern of the group, they could see her breaths, small steam clouds upon each exhale. This meant her body or internal temperature must be very low, despite there being no sign of hypothermia.

Jackie slowly approached the girl and gently lifted her up. She frowned. "Just how many more people are here like us?" She said. The others frowned. "She seems cold..." Junko said.

The girl in question seemed to stir in her slumber. But after a few moments, she settled down, curled in Jackie's arms. DD couldn't help a small smile. This was a sweet moment, seeing such innocence in this... horrid place was rather refreshing. She sighed a little, coming back to the ground as she remembered their circumstances.

Jackie smiled and then carried the girl on her back. "Alright, we have to keep going. We can't leave her here, her cold might get worse." Jackie said, and the group nodded. Some took out their flashlights and walked in around in the cave again. Two monsters flew over them trying to track them down by sound.. Jackie noticed this and started to sweat. "Guys. Walk very slowly, and don't make a sound. I can hear the monsters...it sounds like only two." Jackie whispered. The group started to sweat but nodded.

DD tensed but nodded. She glanced at the monsters, momentarily akining them to bats. She kept her flashlight pointed semi downward yet still pointing forward as the group carefully and delicately began to move further, doing their best to keep from making much noise.

DD felt Lottie's grip tighten and could hear her quick breathing. She glanced at the girl, seeing how scared she was, but what could she do about it? She shouldn't speak as it may alert the monsters... Meanwhile, the icy cold girl seemed to begin to stir again, but this time her eyes opened, revealing their golden coloration...

Jackie, unaware of the girl opening her eyes, still carried her on her back, hoping that nobody else would make a sound..they kept walking carefully..the monsters then flew down in front of the group, slowly surrounding them, not noticing their presence. "Don't move and hold still. Be quiet..." Jackie whispered to the group. Lottie was slightly shaking, but she did her best not to move.

DD kept hold of Lottie's hand, grounding her as the group waited and watched the monsters. The icy cold girl was in for a shock. Her eyes landed on one of the monsters and all grogginess from being asleep vanished as she nearly squeaked in surprise and fear at the unknown creature and the fact that she was being carried. She kept it down, having vague recollection of what one of the voices she had heard in her semiconscious state had said.

One of the monsters touched Jackie's leg. Jackie tensed but held still. "please don't scream..." Jackie whispered to the girl on her back.

The girl quickly and quietly put a hand over her mouth, eyes wide as she became fully aware of her surroundings. So many questions flooded her mind; Where were they? What were these creatures?? Who the Arceus were these people?!? DD stayed focused, ready for if the monsters suddenly attacked...

The monsters didn't notice the group, as they finally left and flew away. Jackie sighed. "That was a close one..." She said. Lottie released a sigh of relief. She realized she was holding DD's hand again and quickly pulled away and blushed, embarrassed. "S-Sorry!!" She said.

DD gave a patient smile, showing no ill-will to Lottie. The ice girl however, wasn't as forgiving, as she was off of Jackie's back in an instant and plastered her back to one of the walls, hands up in a threatening manner. Her golden eyes had a small amount of violet smoke oozing from the edges, giving her an ominous appearance. She was scared... More scared than being face-to-face with Legendaries...
