It's really hard to choose one! Shiny Aegislash is definitely up there, though.

Edit: Shiny Trevenant and Drifblim are great too! And Dragapult, Palossand, Mimikyu, Chandelure, Golurk...
Actually, I think I just really like ghost type shinies. They're always good! (Except gengar. They really did him dirty.)

Honestly I gotta give it to Shiny Palossand. Spent forever trying to hatch one in Sword, but it was totally worth it!

I put some thought into this recently and I think the answer is Lycanroc. I can’t decide between shiny Midnight Lycanroc or shiny Dusk Lycanroc, though.

My favorite has got be Luxray, because the yellow contrasts perfectly with the black. I also love shiny Swablu, because that was the first shiny I have ever got in a pokemon game.

personally,, for me its flygon due to it being a female trapinch i evolved up! though i really like shiny mareep for some reason too,,,

Mine would have to be Carvanha or Whatever Sharpedo's Pre-Evolution is. The Lime Green and Light Blue is too cool for me.

My favorite shiny is probably shiny Aegislash because I like the way the black and maroon contrast with the gold highlights. I also use Aegislash a lot in competitive so my opinion of it is already pretty high
