Electrical generation: can fire bolts of electricity from her hands, strength of current determined by her and how tired she is
Jack of hearts: due to her affinity with that specific card, when she holds one she can turn them into a weapon of her choice. She can only morph one card at a time though, and when she morphs a gun it doesn’t come equipped with bullets.

personality: cheerful and bright as the fleeting sunlight, their the baby of every mondstat citizen! To put it in her own words, “i love everyone and everyone loves klee!”(Except grumpy old diluc and jean, their grumpy adults) however, their innocent visage hides something far more sinister, this girl scares the monsters in her area, just like jean.
Abilities: bombs away!: Using this ability, she can lob bombs in quick succession and explode them at will, no matter the distance, though the power of the blast will be weakened the farther the distance is
Fleeting sunlight!: using this skill allows her to run faster than an average human, allowing her to evade monsters much easier
E L F: due to their elf heritage, they age at a slower pace than humans, she could be 48 and still look like a 7 year old with the mentality of one.
Cute charm: using this ability, she can charm others into helping her with small scale tasks that aren’t suspicious, this ability isn’t gonna work all the time tho, with only a 65% succession rate.
